Customer service at most gyms is severely overlooked. From the minute I walked in, I felt was greeted by the most attentive and helpful staff I've ever come across at a gym. I've been working out for years and been a part of a lot of gyms and customer service is not only lacking at most places but is also something a lot of customers unfortunately don't place a priority on in lieu of things like price, equipment, location. These guys sincerely care about you and do anything they can to accommodate you, and not just because they want your business. Extremely helpful and welcoming, which makes a huge difference. Many people are scared away from gyms because they are not in shape. This is not one of those gyms where these people will feel alienated. It's not an overcrowded gym full of giants banging weights around. They have a large amount of equipment and space for seasoned weightlifters to utilize while maintaining an atmosphere that doesn't make those who are beginners to working out feel unwelcome. The equipment is brand new and has everything that 90% of fitness enthusiasts would need: barbells, free weights, a space for circuit training and CrossFit type workouts, kettlebells, weight machines, cable weights, cardio, TRX. It even has a large amount of boxing and MMA equipment, which is actually nice, as it seems like most people don't get into it because of the cost or stigma around it. But since you have all this boxing equipment for no additional cost, there's no reason not to pick up a pair of gloves and try to get into it. Pricing is competitive. I've definitely seen gyms with less equipment and features for more, and I'll gladly pay what they charge here for what you're getting. Read moreListen, this gym is amazing!!! I have been a member for about 7-8 months. I have been working with Van, personal trainer, for the past 5-6 months and the results have been more than I expected. I went from 230 to 197 in that time period. Van is very knowledgeable in weight training, healthy eating/meal planning, and above all, boxing. He is also a trainer for kickboxing and other martial arts as well. I specifically have been and will continue to work with Van throughout the rest of my journey. Felix is always very welcoming and knowledgeable as well. The gym also contains weights, heavy bags, water bags, treadmills, stair master, bikes and locker rooms with showers. They will also work with you on the rates and whatever fits into your budget!
Update: I’ve been working out at this location for over a year. Boxing has been my go to with trainer Van. He has assisted me in losing over 50 pounds, gaining muscle mass and decreasing my overall BMI. All staff are friendly and very helpful with whatever fitness goals you want to obtain. Highly recommend you come and at least try it out. Whether it’s boxing, kickboxing, lifting or just getting into an overall better shape, this place is it!!
Update: An Incredible Coach and Mentor! I’ve been training with Coach Van for 1 1/2 years, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. He pushes you to be your best while keeping training fun, focused, and safe. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to compete, Coach Van tailors the sessions to your goals and skill level.
His knowledge of boxing fundamentals is top-notch, and he emphasizes proper technique, conditioning, and mindset. Beyond just the physical training, he’s incredibly motivating and genuinely cares about his athletes’ progress. The gym has a great atmosphere—supportive, energetic, and respectful.

Read moreUpdate: I’ve been coming here for almost a year now & everything has been great. The class trainers are now consistent and I know what to expect every time I come. Everyone is still very friendly and the atmosphere has always been relaxed. None of that gym intimidation. Everyone minds their own business and focuses on themselves which is great. Classes are fun and trainers are upbeat and positive and work with you if you’re not able to do certain movements. Overall I’ve enjoyed my time and encourage everyone to come out and see what this place is about. You’ll enjoy yourself for sure!
Everyone is really nice when I go. I’ve enjoyed my time so far. There are only a few things I wish would stay consistent is the class trainers. When I go I’m not entirely sure who will be training that day. Sometimes it’s really good and sometimes it’s a trainer who seems like they don’t want to be there or doesn’t really have a solid plan and just kinda says “do what you want” I definitely enjoy structure and having someone who has a plan on how they want to teach the class. I highly enjoy Brandon and Crystal’s classes but it’s not them every time on that certain day. It’d be nice to see who teaches on what days so I can plan accordingly or try something new. Next I do wish they offered more classes on Saturdays. It’s only one class and it isn’t really something that gives me that pouring sweat workout. I hope I’m not sounding too picky. Everything else is good. There is a contract you have to sign which wasn’t explained to me the very first time I went to the lilburn location but the Norcross manager explained everything to me so I was glad he was upfront.
