I have been coming here ever since the doors opened. My wife and I were one of the first customers. Every year around the holidays I would buy a few bottles of Don. But today I will never return. I asked the large lady what the treasure hunt they where having because of st. Patrick’s Day coming up I couldn’t remember treasure hunt, and she rudely ignored me and she was my cashier. A large over weight woman with brown hair just ignored me. I asked her if everything was OK and she just stared at me. I will never return there are cheeper places in Alpharetta I’ll just have to make the drive. So sad what is happening to this area. I have lived here for over 15 years. I understand you are trying to get the younger crowd in to drink alcohol be your loyal customers you should take care of and not treat them like crap. I really miss my Louis. Too bad you guys don’t carry it. My normal purchase is a 12 pack of corona 12 ounce cans, slim line. You sell it for 17.99$ I can go to the liquor store down the road Atlanta alcohol for 16.99$ it’s the same distance for the drive. Every time that I have been to Corner’s Fine Wine and Spirits, I am greeted with such a warm and such a friendly welcome. The staff here provide over-the-top customer service. They know their stuff. Take it from someone who has frequented several liquor stores in and across several states, this one is by far a game changer. When you walk in, the decor and energy sets the tone for enjoyment. For once, I ACTUALLY enjoy asking questions and learning about the alcohol without feeling guilt or feeling forced to purchase something over my price range. The prices are so good here and the staff is not trying to sell me on the most expensive stuff. They are trying to introduce my pallet for new things and appreciate my staples. There is nothing like it. You feel at home.

Went in for the first time today. Overall a great selection, especially for a business that’s only been open for two days. Unfortunately they didn’t have my wife’s favorite wine, which was not at all a problem, as I wouldn’t call it a really common wine. But what really stood out about my experience and what I really appreciated was the store manager (or at least the gentlemen who I presume was the manager) was making the rounds in the aisles, and he stopped and asked me if I was finding everything okay. Told him I couldn’t find the wine I was looking for, and what he did was take the name of the wine down and said he’d call one of his reps/distributors about it early next week to see if they might be able to get it in stock sometime soon, and that he’d be calling me one way or the other to let me know what they’d be able to do.

An easy answer for him would’ve been to just say “I’m sorry, we don’t have it” and left it at that. But he clearly is going the extra mile and it was a great sign of customer service. They earned my business and I’ll be going back. Especially if they get that...
