Chateau Exxxperience — Attraction in North Charleston

First of all, thank you for being part of the essential workforce! lol We appreciate you being open and when I came by a few weeks ago the customer service was amazing! The sales associate made me feel so comfortable and was classy throughout my whole shopping experience. She was knowledgeable and truly guided me through my product selection. She knew the products inside and out, including warranty information! I'm bad with names, but I'm the guy who called ahead right when we started a light re-opening during 'the rona!' I came in kinda frantic, in a cute way I'm sure, but I told the sales associate I needed help finding yada yada, unlimited budget and SHE WAS phenomenal! We thank you again for the amazing service. I went there to get a particular item and at the time there was a new guy there name HDUBAY along with the owner. The new guy got smart with me but I didn't say anything back. I did absolutely nothing but ask for a particular color and he says "there all the same "! But that's not the color I ask for. After he gave me what I ask for I checked out and left. When I called back while in the parking lot to ask for the owner because the manager wasn't there he ask who was calling and told the owner who I was the owner then said tell him I'm not here! But I just was in there and spoke to the owner and never left the parking lot and was parked right next to the owner truck. Very bad...

Worst adult shop in South Carolina. I felt dirty just walking through the doors. I mean physically dirty... there was an inch of dust on most of the products, the plastic cases were yellowing and most of the clothing items were supposed to be bagged but instead were haphazardly hung and obviously groped a lot. The shoes look like they'd walked Dorchester Ave a few times. There was absolutely no help, I wasn't even carded or greeted. I frequent other shops in the area and I have never been so disgusted. You'd think that if they can buy time on the radio that they could spend a little on decent associates...
