My first visit here... I ordered online, as the management has recommended here. The inside of the restaurant is clearly a rip-off of Wingstop (only old and filthy) , with corrugated steel on the walls along with pictures of airplanes.
The young girl who handled my order was completely clueless and rude. As she handed me my bag, she dropped a cup of ranch dressing on the floor, picked it up and put it BACK INTO THE BAG.
I asked her to replace it, so she turns around to the empty table behind her, turns back around and puts the same cup back into the bag, not only giving me food which had been in the floor but insulting my intelligence in the process.
So, why bother telling her what an ignorant, useless POS she is when I'm sure she already knows..?
Much better to let Google tell the world.
The Food...
On the way home, the smell of fish completely masked the smell of everything else...
Small, overcooked wings... lots of sauce that helped cover the flavor of old cooking oil.
The "philly cheesesteak" had so little meat or cheese in it, I originally thought they had given me an empty roll when I first opened the box.
The fish batter was entirely flavorless but was plentiful, helping to hide just how small the fish pieces are. I've eaten a lot of fish in my time - this smell of this stuff was just overpowering... I took a couple of bites just to say I'd tried it. the rest went into the garbage and the garbage had to go out before I could even finish my meal.
The fries....well, they're crinkle-cut french fries. Even these people couldn't screw them up. Other than the taste of old oil, they were.... fries.
I wasted $40 on this place... but they clearly need it worse than I do.
I love the management's reply to the one comment above. "You have an opportunity to refuse the food before you pay" So, if you don't like it don't buy it? Great business model.
Do yourself a favor and don't reply to my review. I won't be back.
