Subway — Restaurant in North Charleston

Worst customer service I've ever seen, at any Subway.... and I've been to hundreds of Subways from sea to shining sea.

Woman behind the counter making sandwich's was rude from the moment I walked in. Didn't like being asked not to put slimy tomatoes on my sandwich, nor being asked for extra mustard. Whatever - not that big a deal.

Being told they don't water cups, while annoying, not that big a deal either.

Here's what is a big deal: Hearing her talk loudly as I walked out to another customer who I assume was a friend or relative, about how "crack*" have to pay for water and its not free. Turned around and challenged her and she tried to lie her way out of it. Nice try, not buying it.

I'll never go back to this subway, and will be report them to Subway's management. Doubt anyone will care,...

My husband and I made a mobile order for pickup at this location.

He got a steak and cheese melt (Italian herb and cheese bread, pepper jack cheese x3, grilled, spinach, green pepper, onions, jalapenos, and regular mayo) and I got a sweet onion teriyaki (flatbread, provolone cheese, toasted, spinach, cucumbers, green pepper, onions, jalapenos, and sweet onion sauce)

When we got home, we opened it up to discover that our sandwiches were completely COLD, both were missing onions, our cheeses were NOT melted at all,(my husband was supposed to get 3x the cheese and there was barely any) and I was missing green peppers (even though my husband wasn't missing his)

I don't know what happened or how this even happened but we were both extremely disappointed. We won't...

I went to the Subway by Publix on Dorchester Road near Ashley Phosphate Rd this morning around 9 am. There were no customers in. The older employee with pink hair did not greet me when I entered the store or approached the counter. So I spoke to her . She replied hi. That's it . Soni looked over the menu board, decided on my selection and waited about a minute for the employee to ask foe my order. She did not. I told her I was ready to order and she replied she was making three sandwiches. I guess I will assume a mobile order since no other customers were in the store. I left the store as I was not going g ro wait while she made three sandwiches foe someone that wasn't there and refused proper service to a customer standing right in front of her. Pinkie is bad...
