Signed our business up for internet and phone, the business manager Jeff and the Instore rep Chris promised us 90 dollar bill and some change. It takes a lot for me a lot to give a review let alone a terrible one. The customer service I’ve received from both of them has absolutely been bottom of the barrel the worst customer service and treatment for a service I have ever received in my entire life. The lack of accountability and truthfulness is so irritating and unfair. Just received a 374 dollar bill. I have reached out to the business manager and so many occasions and he hasn’t had the decency courtesy or respect to return a paying customers phone call back because they are unwilling and unable to be accountable our honest about their actions. This is the worst customer service I ever received if you want a company to sing you up and then not help you at all or be accountable for the lies they tell you and avoid you come to this store and deal with this branch of Verizon. Absolute terrible service all around please if your a business and want to know how to not treat you customers take a page out...
Read moreZoe was very patient and cordial in helping both my wife and I who are in our senior years and not quite up on technology in today's world, so that was a bonus for us both. One unfortunate thing is the transfer of data did not go well for my wife from old phone to new, her messages didn't transfer and she spent 2 plus hours trying to get her messages transferred from a Verizon technician over the phone with no luck. Everything transferred from my old phone to new except the pictures that were attached to my messages on my old phone, unfortunately without checking my new phone at the store after the transfer of data before we left the store to be sure all transferred. Unfortunately I gave the sales person permission to clear my old phone of data. So, lessons would be to be sure to check your new phone after a transfer of data before leaving. My wife and son went in to grab a deal on new phones that this Victra location was promoting. The salesperson put expensive screen protectors on without asking first. It was some sort of liquid application that "couldn't be removed". Also rang up $500+ in accessories which we could have purchased elsewhere for half the price. My wife didn't notice the price of the accessories because she was told the price she paid that day was for the phones. In the end, the "promotion" they were offering was not acknowledged by Verizon and now we are paying FULL PRICE for the 2 new phones. Of course, Victra says they cannot do anything about this and we have to work through Verizon to fix this. They took me for hundreds of dollars...
