I want to acknowledge a pleasant young man named Michael that works at T-Mobile in North Ridgeville. I stopped in there Wednesday evening after work (I didn't get out of work until a little after 6) to have my replacement phone that I received a little earlier in the day turned on and information transferred from my previous phone. I lost my phone last weekend and didn't have my old phone to make the transfer easier. Anyway, I understand that is his job, but he was really nice and personable and got everything transferred for me and my phone was up and running again. (I also needed my phone turned on ASAP because I do need it for some things at work) Btw, the store technically closes at 7 and because of me and my phone I didn't leave until 7:15. He didn't complain or check his phone for the time or anything like that. He stood there and held a conversation with me as we waited for my apps, contacts and pictures to load from the cloud. My family and I recently purchased four new phones and needed help preparing our old devices for return to T-Mobile for trade-in credit. Danny was genuinely excited to assist us and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
This experience stood in stark contrast to a previous visit we had at a different T-Mobile location earlier in the week, where we felt dismissed and unsupported. At North Ridgeville, however, we always feel welcomed—and Danny took that to the next level. He was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right.
Even though the store was uncomfortably hot due to a broken air conditioning system, Danny’s positive attitude and dedication never wavered. His professionalism and enthusiasm made all the difference. We’re so grateful for his help and thrilled to have had such a positive experience....

When they finally did a acknowledge me, I explained I wanted new service and they asked who I currently was with. When I told them they told me their prices are much higher. I thought that was very strange since I was a potential new customer. Another salesperson came out I explained that I wanted the plan that I came in for and he said they are not able to do it and they can't activate service for me.. I sold the salesperson what I received in the mail and also told him what I was told when speaking with T-Mobile customer service. He insisted he could not start new service for me with that plan.
