Fashion Depot — Attraction in North Township

Me, my girlfriend, and my two little sisters went there at 8:20 they said they're closed I told them what time do you close? They said 8:30. I asked if I can get something she asked if I knew what I was getting and I said yes she says go ahead. They were just gossiping they didn't give any customer service and gave an attitude when we asked them a few questions about the attire and then there was an employee standing by the entrance smacking her keys on the door the whole time just waiting impatiently with her eyes in the back of her head. My sister said there was an employee looking at her rudely and then when we left they all came out about five of them saying that one of them stole something. So the one they accused had pulled her pockets inside out and only had a cell phone and showed them she had nothing and she still asks the other employee that supposably saw it if she saw her and she said apparently, but she's dumb because apparently not if she had nothing in her pockets that she supposedly seen her put makeup in her pocket. My boyfriend and my brother in-law showed them money and said we have money and she doesn't want their generic makeup. They need to just do what they do best-- stand at the cash register gossiping about dumb stuff looking...

Please do not waste your money/time at this store. They do not issue refunds. I repeat they DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS!!! They offer exchange or store credit only, and send you thru a 15 point inspection of the clothes you're returning just to get that. But wait...... it doesn't stop there..... they don't inspect the clothes people are purchasing before you hand them your money. Why?? Because the quality of the clothes here is downright AWFUL. The seams are always falling apart or you'll notice tiny holes in the material before you even purchase. It's all extremely cheap merchandise. It's complete garbage. Before you try it, please be warned that the store owners have no respect for the customers or their hard...

I had a very bad experience here with my purchase me and my mom and sister I brought something it didn't fit right so I came back the same day and was told they don't return any shoes I paid full price on my shoes the receipt said 14days but didn't state I couldn't return brand-new shoes or clothes I was told they can't accept them I couldn't get a bigger size this was my 1st time here I explained that to store manager she didn't care I asked her to call boss it still didn't help I didn't receive no help also I was greeted at the Door they have nice things but it runs small shoes and clothes so get 2 sizes up and your shoes and size up and clothes I'm disappointed in this place I still have the...
