Walmart Plaza/Meal Area — Attraction in Northampton

Customer service sucks talk about rude people. Unfortunately, there's lots of them here, especially at the customer service desk. The plants really bother me, cuz, half of them are dead. And when I asked to make a deal, they said, nope, they wanted me to pay $25 for a dead plant. Are you kidding me? There's no way I'm paying $25 for a dead plant. I like to buy plants that are half dead. So I can bring them back to life. They were supposed to give me a deal.Which they didn't, they expected me to pay twenty five dollars outrageous?That's the customer service desk. And unfortunately, I have to come to this walmart because it's in my town.But if I want to go to different walmart, I have to go all the way to hadley, and that's unfortunate for me.And waste gas, but if I want good customer service, I guess that's where I have to go.And I don't recommend this place.Go at...

Ordered of all things, big commercial size bags of jelly beans for a friend online. I go to the outdoor pickup area and was promptly and politely greeted by an outside employee. This young lady apologized, letting me know that I had to go IN THE STORE to get my order. (5 stars for her, wish I had gotten her name). This Walmart is hit or miss for both items you are looking for as well as friendliness of employees. I find they run out of " staple items " frequently; but as with most Walmart's I have been too, the prices are still cheaper. I would also recommend checking out the Big Lots located next door as they often have items cheaper than Walmart; such as, household items, kitchen items, seasonal items, etc... A place you have to check often as they are always getting...
