Hot Head is a 'build-your-own' Burritos & bowls ala Chipotle & Moe's but with a few more choices & better quality. Though the menu board features many 'favorite' burrito selections, the server goes through all the ingredients anyways - why feature a selection with fixed & presumably taste-tested recipe if you're going to ask about every ingredient anyways? I deduct a star for that - if i order a chicken teriyaki burrito just build it according to the recipe - no need to ask if i want teriyaki chicken with that. I suppose some people may want beef on a chicken teriyaki burrito but...really? Other than this issue, Hot Heads offers tasty, hearty & LARGE burritos. A nice feature is the sampling of all the various sauces with mini-tortilla chips - so you know just how the spicy or sweet the sauces are. Kid-friendly crayons and coloring-pages are available to keep the little ones busy while you're enjoying these over-stuffed burritos & bowls. Items are priced accordingly - about 8 bucks a burrito - they're very filling,

Drove by this place a few times and never thought by the design of the plaza it held a few eateries. At first sight, Hot Heads looks menacing due to the logo with the emoji of an entity whom was so hot, that their head has erupted into flames. I immediately had second thoughts about eating here because despite the smiling, flame filled emoji, I was not particularly interested in eating something so hot that my head would erupt into a gaseous ball of fire. I have been to just about all the usual burrito suspects. Freebirds, Fresca whatever, Chipotle, etc. This is a similar bowl/burrito concept. But I was pleased to see that their proteins and toppings looked fresh. My BYOB was fantastic and their shredded beef option was a nice surprise. And even after adding jalapeños , I was very pleased my head did not burst into flame. 20 bucks for burrito, drink, chips and queso. And the queso was very good as well. I plan to stop back sometime soon.

Never heard of this place before, and daughter wanted to try it. It's like a Subway for tacos, burritos, etc. Staff could have been friendlier, and it was difficult to hear them over background noises. But the food was good, and the wait wasn't long. Everywhere looked clean, including the bathrooms. Lots of parking, don't park on the Dunkin Donuts side as it's hard to get back out with the traffic.

I went into Hothead today to spend the rest of a gift card I was given to make up for a previous order. The reason they had given this gift card to me was I found some hair in my food. Instead of offering me a refund they offered me a gift card. A gift card of equal value to what I paid. You would think that having such a gross experience of finding hair in my food that they would offer to throw a few extra dollars on the gift card. To start off there was one person working when I went in today. That person was nice but they seemed to be a new employee who didn't really know what they were doing when running the register. I'm assuming the reason only one person was there was because the owner is cheap and wants to save money on labor, so they schedule one at a time. Considering every time I've gone in previously there has never been more than one person working. I got 3 tacos and a quesadilla. When I got to the register to pay the person had no idea how to run a gift card. So they swiped it multiple times in hopes that it would work. At that point they still couldn't figure it out so they called the owner. The owner ended up figuring it out after about 20 minutes. I felt bad for the 4 people behind me waiting in line. Once the owner figured it out the cashier told me I owed five bucks and change. To which I informed them that the gift card had more than enough to cover the full total. So I suggested that it may have gone through when they were swiping it over and over. The owner still on the phone chimed in and said that didn't happen so I told them that gift card had almost $20 on it to which she gave me some stupid speech about how she's been doing this for 7 years and she knew what she was talking about. I didn't feel like arguing so I paid the remaining balance and left. I will NEVER go back to Hot Head Burritos and I will make sure to steer away any and all people who...

Concerning a Ms. Jaz Ortiz's strongly worded Google Review..

You were on the verge of being fired because of several no call / no shows. These caused literally EVERY other employee except for one to have to work a 10+ hour shift at least once because you didn't show up.

When you went in on Friday to collect your check - which by the way, is a direct deposit, which is automatically added to your bank account - you came in, no longer employed, entered the employees only area, and grabbed the checks - checks, plural. So tell me, what did you think was gonna happen?

And not only this, but now you're going to lie, say that the manager attacked you and screamed in your face when she sternly told you to get out and raised her voice at you when you didn't and started running your mouth? You caused such a scene; and in front of customers, might I add. The store's security cameras do work by the way!

You can't stop lying. You can't leave well enough alone. Hot Head Burritos lives in your head rent free, and why? Please take time to reflect on yourself and grow as a...

You might notice that no one’s ever inside? The food is cold, the service really really bad (maybe they don’t get paid well?), and also the hot Cheetos don’t even come in the burrito like in the picture. It comes on the side in a bag. What is the point of that? The workers don’t wash their hands after sweeping or moping but they will put on gloves so I guess that’s good? Maybe it’s just the worker that made my burrito but the service is really really bad. She won’t acknowledge that she heard anything and keeps her AirPods in while making the burrito. They saw me wait for 10 mins before coming up to make the food because they were watching something on their phone. I was almost about to leave. They just stare at like they don’t want to be there. Maybe they’re nicer to other customers and had an off day? Or maybe they don’t get paid appropriately? Who knows? But the food was cold, the service bad (you don’t get asked any options, like brown or white rice, what kind of beans, etc), and the place was empty. Almost like everyone else already knows not...
