I feel this review is important based on the experience my husband and I have had with Verizon corporate over the past 2 days. Scott at Wireless Zone has been extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the absolute extreme errors Verizon has made with our account. Verizon shut off my network and my husbandâs network and after hours of phone calls, robot assistance, unhelpful overseas CSR we still had no resolve. We have 12 years of customer loyalty to Verizon and they completely mixed our account up to where we couldnât do anything because our PIN was entered wrong on their end. We spent over 2,100 in 5 weeks changing our account from business to regular and our ânewâ account said we had no credit, couldnât upgrade phones, couldnât get my husbands phone back in network (at their fault) Scott worked diligently to resolve this issue and still couldnât with overseas âManagers, Supervisors, etc. We were not looking to leave Verizon. We wanted my husbands phone back in Network. So today we went back to Wireless Zone and bought a brand new IPhone with accessories so my husband had a working phone. Scott knew what we have been through and is willing to continue to try and repair our account. Loyalty is important. 12 years is a long time. Scott at Wireless Zone is a very calm, helpful person who goes out of his way. We greatly appreciate all he has done.    Read moreI upgraded my Samsung S23 Ultra in April 4rth, 2023 for its Supreme camera on the advent of a hiking trip for which l departed April 9th. During the trip l fell and broke my arm and cracked the phone. Upon my return ..on May 6th l reached out to Verizon to my surprise to discover l jadvno insurance. Thus news followed a 17byear of always having insurance and requesting heat it roll over with the new upgrade. My situation was met with a lack of concern, customer empathy , support and any motivation to help make this sales mistake right. In fact at the time l purchased the phone my sales rep was fired for alcohol consumption which further confirmed the incompetent salesman that removed my insurance. It took three months of dogged persistance before by sheer coincidence entered the King Street , Northampton, Massachusetts branch and met the store owner Nate who promptly took up my situation. I had been previously told by store managers l could not be helped and would need to wait for" open enrollment" to reestablish my insurance which usually occurs around the December Holidays. By luck, Nate helped me contact Verizion customer service directly and my insurance was quickly restored. I am grateful for the owners commitment to helping me, however, perhaps if thete was greater communication among the entire store staff this situation could have been taken care of...
   Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. I was talked into a more expensive phone because I was told I could get a cheaper monthly plan and my bill would stay the same. Well turns out they lied to me and I wasnât eligible for the cheaper plan. I got my new bill with the more expensive plan and I called up and they said Iâm not sure why you think you would get the cheaper plan. So the man scammed me into getting a better commission on the more expensive phone promising me something that wasnât possible. They agreed to credit my account 20 dollars every month because of this. Well it has been months of me chasing after my credit every single month. They tell me it will be automatic this time. Nope I have to call in which I then get the run around where they say oh we will call you back and they donât. I even spoke to the owner and he gave me some hope to fix this. Never heard back from him. I have left multiple messages. Icing on the cake was today when I called got ahold of aniket in which he gave me his usual Iâll call you back. I never heard from him, called and he went home. I was told he was going to call me on his personal cell. Never got a call. This place is the most frustrating ridiculous business...
