8/9/21 went to B-K got two sandwiches small drink and medium fry. Made clear to person taking order that the sandwiches needed to follow the following. They could not have any ketchup, mustard, Mayo or onion. Reason for this was allergies. Person made clear they understood and agreed to ensure that this did not happen. Instead replacement would be barbecue sauce. My sandwiches were a regular Whopper with bacon and other toppings and a Whopper Junior with same. My order was given to me and I left and came home. I had first half of meal which was one of my sandwiches the fries and drink before going to bed for the evening. Choosing to keep the other sandwich aside for the following day as lunch. That is today 8-10+21 finding out that instructions were not followed by whoever made my final sandwich as I found onion on this one and ended up having to take my medication to prevent myself from becoming ill and unwell since I only have to take my medication if something like this occurs and not all the time. This is why I give the star point that I do and the comment that I do the person who took my order did well but the persons who made my sandwich did not. The cooks need to be more careful about following instructions and being sure that they do as they are told making people sick is not acceptable. Especially when they've already left with their food and there is little chance that they might return to have the problem fixed. If someone with a more serious allergy had this happen it could be a big problem luckily mine is not a huge one and it can be easily handled. But still it is not something to be ignored. Please those of you who work in restaurants and work with food be more careful and pay more close attention thank...
Read moreOur visit to Burger King was purely accidental on this day. We had a flat tire and had to get off the road. It was by mere convenience that we ended up there.
We needed to walk to the closest auto parts store to pick up what I needed to fix the flat. Upon our return to our vehicle I began the repairs when we were approached by two separate Burger King employees asking if we were okay and if we needed help. One even offered her pump for us to use. I informed both employees that we were okay and that we appreciated them asking if we needed help.
About 15 minutes later I finished the repairs and we went inside Burger King to use the restroom before continuing on.
While walking towards the restrooms the first employee who asked if we needed help asked again if we were all set.
My fiancee and I both agreed that we should order food before leaving considering how great the staff here is.
When placing our order the employee who had asked if we needed help and offered the use of her pump was the person taking our order, and again asked if everything was okay.
Not only was the food good, but you CANNOT BEAT how fantastic the employees are at this Burger King. Next time we're in the area we will probably stop here to order food JUST BECAUSE of the great staff here!
Thank you both for...
Read moreJust came in from going on a trip to Vermont with the husband. One thing I can say is the people who work here have great customer service, very friendly and have no idea how kind they are. I had just come from having a really bad experience in Vermont. Went to a grocery store and was made to feel very uncomfortable because of my race. To walking here (going back home to NYC) and just getting a quick bite to eat before hitting the road for a couple more hrs. To the two woman of color that work there. Thank you. For not batting an eye to my "gracias" and even saying "de nada". You have no idea how such a small act made our day. Feeling full (food was great as always) and infinitely happier. People like these make me feel like all the ignorant people out there don't matter and to live life through small acts of kindness like this. Again, thank you for making this probably the best part of our...
