What a wonderful museum showcasing the history of the Massachusetts State Police. It is really put together so nicely with room to move around and really look at the artifacts, uniforms, patches, photos, and the Remembrance Wall of those that have fallen - but never forgotten. They even have handicapped parking on the side with a ramp in back. You might need to call first just to coordinate that someone will meet you at that door for entry because the main door is in the front of the building. As of this post, they are open Tuesdays and Saturdays and have a nice little gift shop to buy pins, patches, coins, books, hats, shirts, etc., too. They also host certain events throughout the year and are always looking for volunteers. Stay in touch via their Facebook page and learn history from their you-tube channel. Steve is who we met that day running the museum and was just a joy to speak with and was so patient with all of the questions that we asked. And if you know any young adults looking for a career in law enforcement, their cadet program is a great way to...

It was a great reminder of the kind of work Troopers and other police do on a...

I did not know what the building was about etc. Now that I realize that it's an old bank building turned into a museum for the state police...not a bad idea instead of having another empty building sitting around; they've put it to good usage. I am sorry this post is not useful since I...
