This place looks small from the outside, but do not underestimate it. The interior is cutesy decorated and is very creative. There is a small amount of background music to just not make anything awkward. So far, it is a small staff with not too many tables, but even when there are groups of people, the service is fast. The waiters are very nice and polite as well. The wings were also some of the best, but the sauce was from a third party, and it's nice to see a homemade sauce. Also, there were no carrots with the wings, and it just didn't seem complete without that. 4.2/5 The burger (my meal) was plated well and tasted even better. It was served with a delicious and spicy aioli. The veggies were fresh as well, a great burger. The fries and onion strings were also amazing. 4.6/5. All the other dishes looked great and I will be back.

Went for lunch today with my family and the food was great. My kid got chicken tenders and fries, it wasn't frozen premade tenders it was like the chicken you'd get for chicken parm cut into strips and it was crunchy and delicious. We also got meatball sub and a turkey club, both were great. I like that they sliced the meatballs so it was easier to eat, the bread was fresh and soft. The turkey club was huge and they offered it on rye which was nice. The whole place (bathroom included) were very clean..the owner took our order and chatted with us for a bit after my kiddo told her we saw the restaurant on TV. She was very open talking about her experience which was really cool. I hope others are willing to give this place another chance because we had a great experience.

This is the only time that I've been sad to not give a place five stars. The restaurant is greatly designed and the staff are so kind and friendly. They just opened last year. My boyfriend got the smash burger, which was okay. The fries looked like they were gonna be nice and crispy, but they were very soft. I got the meatball grinder. The meatballs were very well flavored, but there were definitely not enough meatballs in the sub. There were about three meatballs sliced into thin slices to make the sub seem more full, but it's mostly bread. The cake looked very nice but it tasted like a cake at the grocery store. I am hoping that this restaurant is able to improve their food. I look forward to going back there if they do because they are very wonderful people.

First, the signage on the building is so bad that I couldn't find the place. I called, and the young lady on the phone swore that there was a sign on the side of the building. Nope. Signs on the front were hard to read, and small. It did however have a big awning from the pizza place that was there many years before...

The First bad taste I experienced was the POS (Point of Sale) credit card terminal which tries to insinuate that you should tip largely for whatever you've purchased.

I ordered an oven-roasted turkey sandwich. I hoped it had potential. When I opened it, It had big, thick slices of turkey on the nice looking roll. However, it was supposed to come with lettuce & tomato, but there was almost no lettuce at all on the sandwich. For all practical purposes, they should remove the description of having lettuce from the menu, because it looked in reality like an after-thought. Lettuce is the least expensive thing to put on a sandwich, and yet it provides the necessary crunch for the right mouth-feel on any good sandwich. And all that was on it was a few small scraps of lettuce. The amount of tomato was almost adequate.

The claim on the menu is that the meat is "oven roasted turkey" which makes you believe that the meat is going to be great quality. Alas, it tasted like cheap deli meat that was sliced thick and heated up. Not what I was expecting, based on the description.

The place was completely empty at lunch hour. Nobody sitting, nobody waiting.

That says a lot, and the owners had best figure it out before it goes belly-up. The only reason I'm posting this (bad) review at all is in the hope that the owner will read it and take it seriously. Customers deserve better. Not that...

I came in last night with my buddy and we each got a sub. I haven’t really tried this place and it’s one of the few non fast food places in town so I was excited to see what they offer. I got the Italian sub—a classic, and I was pretty disappointed. There was barely any lettuce, the tomato was the size of a hockey puck, and even with mayo it was a pretty dry sandwich. In addition it was $11 after tax, I was expecting a sandwich with some more substance but visually it was about 3/4 bread. Along with that, the place was a ghost town— it was later in the night, and it was empty. Regardless, the order took 15+ minutes which is a bit odd. My friend and I have worked in the food industry for a few years now and it was pretty slow in general compared to what we’ve been used to or seen. Finally, my friends fries were incredibly soggy to the point where he couldn’t eat them enjoyably. Most likely they just didn’t shake the oil off them after they were pulled, or they were older fries that were re used. Ultimately, it was very disappointing and I don’t think I...

We went here a lot more before the changes - whether dining in or taking out. The menu may have been too large before to be profitable, but now it’s extremely limited. Very few choices and smaller portions for higher prices. I had the smash burger recently and it was yummy. The service was also great as usual (love love love the owners). The new decor? Awful. We honestly thought we walked into a Thai place. It is so so dark and not suited to the name or menu. I liked it better before. I was really hoping for brighter lighting and flooring to make it more inviting. They do have new furniture, plates and silverware - great upgrades. But the atmosphere is less appealing than it was before. We also understand limiting the menu but now there are too few offerings and you can no longer order from the same menu for dinner or lunch. The Neighborhood has always had awesome food - that did not need to change. Gordon Ramsey and team - you need to come back and do better for these wonderful people as they deserve it - and to...
