Whitinsville Social Library — Attraction in Northbridge

spent a short time in the library and nowhere as pleased as that visit before and did not go downstairs to view fiction, we viewed fiction near the window where the heat was on very high. Schools had half a day and so it was crowded with students; not much else as libraries continue to be for those astounding studious folks with future aplenty. a small and quaint library with lots of good books; I imagine. The non-fiction newly arrived books is a small area to sit and peruse books while the librarian's desk area is right behind you...spying but busy doing their deeds. I don't like libraries as I once did...don't like much of...

I love this little library. I'm always amazed at what I'm able to find there- from obscure books, a well diverse library of things, to movies fresh out of the theaters. Oh! And even covid tests!

The staff is always friendly and helpful, the grounds are beautiful, and it's always a lovely visit.

They also saved the day at my job! We lost internet, and I remembered that the library had hotspots you could borrow. Luckily for me the library is right down the street from where I work, so I ran over, got the hotspot, and had everything up and running...

I believe there is a very good selection of books and activities, however it is not a very quite library for homework and such, even in the study area as that is where tutorors go with their students. There is little noise insulation between the bottom floor and the top, so if it's loud one floor it will be loud in the other.
