This needs to be addressed to of what I got to say here. First thing when we came, as we seen the Sub worker walk out of an area to get to behind the sub bar, she was telling us about how she didn't have WIFI, and she couldn't use paper coupons, rewards, gift cards or even scan anything from the app. We proceeded to continue, after that she didn't seem happy, as if to me she thought we would walk out after hearing that. Anyways, as we were ordering through the whole time you just felt her misery and miserable vibes. As we were asking for our toppings she would notice people coming in and quickly telling them about the WIfi issue and so on. Some people left and some stayed, there were probably like 5 people still wanting to order after we were almost done. But to me with this negative feeling we also got no response the whole time she was making the subs, and with her look on her face , was as if we were the reason she was miserable. and not only that, she was slooowly putting the items in the subs as it to be on purpose! Smh Anyways, it's one thing that you hate your job, but nowadays how the world is, got to try to work with what you got and not blame people you are miserable. And continuing , so at the end of the transaction of paying, she didn't even say " Have a great day" or anything to that matter!! This is horrible customer service! Read moreI’ve been to this subway all the time. This is my go to stop after work or for dinner. I’ve never wanted to write a bad review, but the last time I’ve come in my sandwich was not cooked. I had my friend go in and order my sub, Buffalo chicken, and I’ve never had an issue with that. Hannah the counter attendant at the time had not cooked my sub. I’d had gotten home and unwrapped my sub and the entire thing was cold. I had to go back down and Sam the other counter attendant had been amazing. She apologized and fixed my sub without question. This experience was disappointing. I’ve talked to many of my close friends, family and colleagues and come to find out I’m not the only one who’ve had a problem with Hannah making subs, but I do want to take a moment and recognize Sam. She is amazing each and every time and has fixed all mess ups without a complaint and a smile on her face. In belief this establishment would not be where it is without Sam. I hope the owners take this review not as slander, but hopefully take it and make proper changes to this establishment to make a better experience for everyone. Read moreWe ordered curbside pickup. When we arrived at the scheduled time and order stated it was ready, no one came out. So we went in after all. There was one employee eating that hadn’t even finished the drinks for the order.
They also forgot the chips in our order. When we called they stated they were busy and would call back (Sunday). On Tuesday my husband went in after not hearing back and was told to come back when the manager is there in the afternoon. Only after demanding that they take care of this now we finally received what we paid for.
