I'm not actually a customer, but as a contractor involved in setting up the tech infrastructure, I can tell you that the owners spared no expense in making the Field House as cool as possible. Really nice speakers, WiFi, video walls, and other things to enhance the experience. They have hitting cages with radar computers to extrapolate where the ball would have gone in a real stadium.
When I have gone there for follow-up work, there are lots of people playing various sports -- all happy and having fun. The players range from little kids to young adults. There is plenty of safety equipment and a lot focus on keeping everyone out of harms way.

They went in to pay and by that time, I had already left. Five minutes later, I get a call from my daughter. She tells me that the workers were extremely disrespectful to her. She said they told her that there was a tournament going on and they were not allowed to come in until 6:30pm. The hours on the website said that the youth volleyball drop-in was still from 5 to 7.
