I will start with the atmosphere first since that is what you get when you first come in: Perfectly decorated, you can tell that the owners take great pride in their cafe/restaurant. Clean, low music so you can study and talk (which is a burden for so many other cafes who have loud music). My husband and I were greeted immediately when we walked in. Warm, comfortable temperature on a cold, foggy December day. Bathroom is clean and smells great. The food: The food is amazing. The best coffee/tea I’ve had in this area. I got the matcha einspanner, the cream is perfect and complements the matcha wonderfully. The matcha is not bitter and there are no clumps at the bottom of the cup, showing it was mixed well. My husband and I got the fried chicken sandwiches with fries. He got waffle fries and I got regular fries, SO CRISPY! Dip them in the tteokbokki sauce if you get it, we did and were not disappointed. The tteok is chewy but not mush and not hard, showing it was cooked with care per batch and not cooked in bulk and left to sit. Fish cake was perfect and sauce is the perfect blend between sweet and spicy. I enjoyed the added onion and green onion for added sweetness and flavor. The fried chicken was out of this world crispy. I got the spicy soy garlic and my husband got the Korean chili — blew my mind with the flavor. The chicken is pounded thin so if you’re a chicken weirdo like me who likes crispy chicken, this is the perfect sandwich to fit that craving. All in all, 10/10. Wish I lived closer because I don’t think I would leave this place… definitely worth the trip from Hackensack/Fort Lee area.

When I heard Woojae opened up his own eatery I did not hesitate to drive 30+ minutes to see his new creation. To my surprise it was more than just a coffee shop. Because he is a well known and remarkable barista. The absolute best when it comes to coffee. I did not get to try his fried chicken and other seemingly delicious items. Knowing what kind of culinary standard he has (he worked with me for many world-class catering events) there’s no doubt his culinary creations are all superbly curated and executed. I will try them all very soon. But if you do not know Woojae personally, then I strongly urge you to try his coffee and latte. You won’t be disappointed. Lucky Norwood/Northvale residents, because you have not seen coffee/latte of this caliber in the neighborhood.

Great Coffee, fried chicken and dessert! Had a flat white with perfect temperature and milk texture. Also got to try the strawberry latte and cream latte if you’re looking for a desert like coffee this is it ! Fried chicken was so crispy and juicy, both wings and boneless where great, along with fries and other sides. Finished off with Croffles which was great but if you’re looking for a shareable or more filling desert the mango cheesecake Bingsoo was the way to go. This is the go to spot at anytime of the day. Can’t wait to go back! Worth the travel to NJ Anytime :)

Two words; Utter Perfection. This place does it all so amazingly well.

They make my favorite matcha, whether it's in the Matcha Yuzu Tonic or a Hot Matcha Latte or the Strawberry Matcha Latte, it's all expertly crafted and delivers sublime flavor.

They also prepare one of the best Korean Fried Chicken in Bergen County and that's a feat given just how many places there are for it. Deliciously crunchy and perfectly seasoned, it only gets better with the sauce. They do a fantastic Garlic Parsley fries as well. Perfect pairing for a quick lunch or dinner.

I've finally made my way into the rest of the menu and it does not disappoint. The Rose Tteokbokki was astounding, spicy and creamy and absolutely addictive. The Granola Bowl is a morning favorite. They have cronuts from La Prom which is an added bonus.

You literally can't go wrong here. I whole heartedly recommend this place to everyone who will listen. The owner is so awesome, always friendly and accommodating. On top of all that I love their merch. I wear their hat all the time because I'm happy to rep a place this good. Keep up the...
