We chose DCL for work in our Queens backyard, as well as replacement of brick borders around front garden plots and wooden borders for two street-tree pits. The scope included removing a deteriorated chain-link, concrete-set fence at the rear-boundary and replacing it with a cedar fence, installing a new picket fence on one side of the yard, and laying a small patio with cedar screening to store gardening materials. Julian and his crew were a pleasure to work with from the initial on-site consultation through the demo, site prep, and construction. Julian and the crew at DCL Outodoor Contracting have been hired multiple times over the past year to do three projects over three different seasons: (1) build a pergola on our terrace (2) demo our old astro turf play area and install a new large area of astro turf on our rooftop terrace and (3) install a gorgeous parameter of large mexican stone around our 2000sq ft paver/wood/turf terrace.
