I recently had the pleasure of enrolling my son at Roadmaster Driving Academy, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and positive.

Firstly, the team at Roadmaster was incredibly polite and professional. They always greeted us with a friendly smile and made us feel welcome. Their punctuality was commendable; every lesson started right on time, which is something we truly appreciated.

One of the standout aspects of our experience was the instructors' ability to build confidence in my son. They were patient, encouraging, and provided clear, constructive feedback that helped him improve with each lesson. By the time he was ready to take his driving test, he felt completely prepared and self-assured, which was largely due to the fantastic training he received.

Roadmaster Driving School came highly recommended by several friends. They were incredibly easy to communicate with via text and phone. Since my son hadn’t taken Driver’s Ed in school yet, he took his permit test through Roadmaster. The process was smooth, we met at a convenient location, and he passed on the first try! They did all of the work for us without ever having to go to the DMV. The driving instruction was great. The instructors were patient and knowledgeable, covering everything from parallel parking and K-turns to highway driving. They picked him up and dropped him home for three 2-hour sessions. After the six hours were completed, I felt much more confident getting in the car with him, knowing he had received solid instruction. We did a refresher hour a few days before the test to make sure he was test ready. On the day of his road test, Roadmaster picked him up early for some last-minute practice before bringing him to Wayne for the test on his 17th birthday. My son had Andy and he was a great instructor both for the initial course and the review immediately before he took him to Wayne for the road test. Both he and Melissa were very helpful and I'm grateful my son passed the test on the first try. However, I would caution people to make sure your kid checks that all the documentation is returned prior to leaving the DMV. My son came home without his birth certificate which apparently had never happened to a Roadmaster student before. Melissa suggested I drive back to Wayne to get it myself (as the DMV probably wouldn't give the birth certificate to a staff member). So I drove down myself the same afternoon which was a bit of a hike in mid-late afternoon traffic and fortunately one of the workers took pity and found the certificate for me. I was lucky because initially they told me the new license area had just closed and I'd have to come back another day. Still doesn't sit right that I paid $250 in part to avoid that trip and to avoid missing work, but still had to miss work last minute to drive there anyway. Overall still happy with our experience...
