Arbor hills — Attraction in Nutley

I lived in Arbor Hills for 7 years and recently left. I enjoyed living here for the most part, but the horrible office staff made it really difficult, particularly Daisy. I would get threatened with a fine for leaving wet sneakers in front of my own door. I once had to fight being fined because the people who lived under me could hear me walking. Yes, that’s right, Daisy said I’d have to pay $150 because I was WALKING in my own apartment. My bathtub was constantly backing up with sludge. Many other residents had this issue, but Sharon (other person in office) would gaslight everyone by saying “we’ve never heard this complaint before.” Recently, when my husband and I were moving out, my husband dared to question an absurd fine. Daisy became very nasty, and one of the maintenance workers, Orlando, threatened to physically harm him. My experience also really depended on who lived above or below us. I once had an upstairs neighbor who would blast music at all hours, and Daisy did absolutely nothing about it. If you choose to move here, my advice is to document absolutely everything, because the office staff, particularly Daisy and Sharon, will gaslight you. Orlando should be fired for threatening physical harm to residents. This is not the type of person who should be entering your home to help you. Terrible office staff , the scenery is lovely but a staff as atrocious as Sharon and her team is disgraceful. Arbor Hills has ALOT of POTENTIAL. Sadly, front desk is lazy and mainly uneducated in customer service. It’s truly disturbing the amount of people that are waiting for the ENTIRE STAFF OF ARBOR HILLS TO BE REPLACED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. If you aren’t a cigarette Sharon isn’t interested. Meanwhile they hired another guy the looks fresh out of prison. The lawns we pay to keep green are brown. Trees have been cut down. Everything around the office looks great, but other building have safety issues. If you value your family and your finances skip out on Arbor Hills or move in on the condition that they hire a new team of happy extroverts. Notice you will never have contact with the owners of Arbor Hills because They don’t care enough to make themselves available. I pray everyday for a brand new staff it’s all that’s needed to make Arbor Hills...

The office staff 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏿‍♀️. Horrible place to live. We had no peace there. There’s so many rules and regulations as if you are in a prison. If you break a rule, he goes a fee.
