We had a great time on the morning catamaran! The crew was great, perfect combination of friendly and professional. Boat and facilities were very nice and clean. Felt safe throughout the boat ride, wearing masks indoors and hand sanitizing available. They even had reef safe sunscreen and ginger root available for people who are prone to motion sickness! The food and drinks provided were delicious (pulled pork, teriyaki chicken, rice, salad, pineapple and open bar with beer/wine/mixed drinks). The crew were very knowledgeable, providing information about the island/sights as well as spotting and identifying sea creatures. We saw 4 or so whales, two types of dolphins, flying fish, and sea turtles! Overall, was an excellent experience and will absolutely be booking another adventure with Ko Olina Marina when we return to Oahu...

Tables, barbecue pits, bathroom shut down, cameras everywhere. The people that own the Marina are extremely greedy and are trying to remove most of the boaters so they can attach it to condominiums that they plan to build, (which will never happen) Then they started charging hefty costs for parking for the liveaboards. Got to the point where they would shut the gate down by 10: 00pm so if you had an emergency you couldn't even get to your boat if it was sinking. By the time I finally left it is what I consider the worst Marina in...

The real problem is that this great marina is over half empty. Several areas of it are like a ghost town It is just sad to see this knowing that the other marinas in Hawaii have a long waiting list. There are several broken down cars and motorcycles in the parking lot that have long been abandoned. There is even an amazing launch ramp built that is chained off and inaccessible by the public. It seems like they really do not care about the tenants or the public being able to use the facilities. Could be so...
