Sunset Memorial Park — Attraction in Oʻahu

I am reporting a criminal incident involving a care take name “Mo”; On or about February 6, 2021, said care taker used a “Gas Pipe” to assault a 60 year old lady. Now, from what I am told by HPD is that nothing can be done while using words such as he’s the care taker for the cemetery; from that I am understanding this correctly, that this care taker is immune from criminal charges? If I am hearing that and understanding that correctly, I will assure you that there is no law that allows a care taker to assault and batter a 60 year old women, let alone any individual for that matter. No mam or human is God over another. I am shocked this is allowed to happen and that our officers of HPD are failing to comply to PnP: policy and procedures. I am making this statement as a spot light on ignorance and arrogance from both civilian and HPD. I am also wanting to speak directly to the property owner him/her self, this is a serious concern and I am one that fights for the people that are wronged for no reason. My mother and stepdad are buried here among other family members. Unfortunately this place is not well kept. It's up to the families to take care of their plots. At one time this place was so beautiful. Their are no restroom. Water is located against the fence and along the property. No one on site either....

This place is a total disaster. The graves are caving in with many families infringing on burial plots. Took these photos that shows the Tauanu'u family putting their concrete form right against my dad's headstone and not on the plot line. No respect! See it's breaking because God recognizes that...
