This is the anchor of the battleship Arizona and it is has been created at the main site of this National Memorial and can be walked right up to the anchor without buying any ticket at all. The Arizona Memorial located on the other side of the water can be seen from this site, however you will need a binoculars or a zoomed in view of your camera phone to clearly see the memorial site.
