I went there to study since the other Starbucks had not tables and I didn't want to sit outside. However going there it was empty and was able to find seats easy. But I needed to use the bathroom and for some strange reason they closed the bathroom I asked if I could have the door code to use the restroom and the lady working there told me, " No we closed it already." I asked why since it was only 230 and they don't close until 6. She ignored my question and told me "Go use the McDonalds bathroom were closed." I was planning on staying another hour or so to study as I usually do at a coffee shop but after that conversation I left. If I was going to have to pack up all my stuff and walk across the street to use the bathroom I'm not staying. Normally I order ahead, in two instances Ive had to leave the store without my full order, and to add insult, stood in line and watched others come after me get their orders immediately. When I inquired about my order, it was clear something wasnt right - no sense of urgency. The status of offerings on the mobile app is not kept up to date. I recommend going elsewhere

She refused saying that the coffee condiment station was behind me the half and half was empty and she said they change it out every 4 hours who wants that ?
