Always a disappointment when I go in to see shelves practically empty on way more times than once. I went once to get the $2.38 paper towels only to see it marked up to almost $5.00! I was shocked but the kicker is when I went back a few days later the price went back down to is regular price. Seemed like price gouging to me. And everytime I ho in there for some reason they think om a thief! I can hear them over their PA system asking security to scan a particular aisle and I'm the only one in it! I go to the next aisle and again hear them call security to scan that aisle and every other aisle where i was the only person in it. Another walmart had the manager follow me I. Every aisle I went to. I don't steal from Walmart never have. It has just become a problem and pretty soon ill not be shopping there at Mililani or pearl city! Matter a fact I may just drive a little further to target! Because it's sickening and uncomfortable to think they think I'm a thief, they can see me at check out paying for EVERYTHING EVERYTIME!
Update happened again! I guess they thought I was trying to steal a packet ($1.25) of cat food. I'm ringing my stuff up and tossed the packet with my other stuff, it fell to the floor. I was unaware. Next thing I know I'm unable to ring anything else up. A cashier if you want to call her that. Came to me and said I missed ringing up an item, I told her no I didn't. She then shows me a "tape" of me ringing my purchases then said oh it the cat food packets. She picked them all up. I told her there should be ten that I rang up. She checks the screen at self check out to make sure there was 10 packets. And there was. Read moreGoal - Purchase Bday balloons. Very limited selection and most on display were deflated. I inquired with a cashier if they would be able to add helium if I chose any on display. Cashier responds "That's all we have". With her thick accent, I decided to ask again and changing helium to air. This time around the cashier says, "Oh I dont know". Irritated, I then tell her, "If don't know what the answer is, then ask your manager". She then says, "OH I DONT KNOW". Highly irked, I instruct her, "Call your manager and Ill inquire". Manager strolls towards cashier and is asked, "Can put air in the balloon?" and Manager says "Yes at service center." I selected two balloons and walked over to customer service. One cashier is working and 4 others ahead of me. Waited a good 15 min for assistance. Cashier tells me one of the 2 balloons could not be inflated and instructs me to go back to where I got it from and get another one. MORE SO IRRITATED, I tell cashier, "Ask your manager to bring one over because I stood in line at the other side, then told to come here to get assistance, and now u want me to go back there, only to come back her3 again, and stand in line before you can assist me." It took approximately 30 min just to buy balloons--ridiculous. Yes, I could have walked away, but I was just trying to make someone's bday a little brighter. Read moreWent to Mililani Walmart last night to purchase some material I needed to make a small fix and no one came to assist me or anyone else that wanted material cut. So I went to the next department to have them page someone for help. They did twice, but still no one showed up. I thought, okay, they must have gone home.... but I need this material... so asked to page the manager... they did... waited another 20 minutes and no show... So.... I guess you can see where my rating on this store is.... -0... I waiting a total of 35 minutes, only because I really needed the material.. But making the long story short, so I dont waste your time, they need to retrain employees on Customer Service. They need us more than we need them. The attitude when asking for help is like we are bothering them. Excuse me..... I am paying you for this... don't forget where you came from.... especially when most people are not working right now, nor are they shopping. So my choice is definately going to go somewhere else in perference of shopping. I dont respect employees that speak different languages to each other as though they are chatting about us, the customer. No respect and feels as though they are talking about us.
