Starbucks — Restaurant in Oʻahu

Keep changing the rules on refill policy. Rude managers. Online it says unlimited refills during visit. In store they say only for first hour of your visit and if you visit every day and ask for refill 59 minutes (I feel like it is reasonable to take that long to drink a trenta sorry but I can only drink so fast) into your visit manager gives you dirty looks and purosely mess up your drink. A lot of baristas are super nice though. Baristas remember my order and never give me any trouble. Managers just hate any customers that come every day. Sorry I am addicted to caffeine didn't realize it was such a problem for you. Have decided to stop visiting this Starbucks. Now bringing coffee from home or buying energy drinks. Other people I know have had same problem. We have decided to collectively boycott this Starbucks until service improves (all three of us used to buy food and drinks almost...

Today I stopped by at Starbucks in Mililani Town Center before heading back to Kaneohe. I was only in Mililani because my daughter had a basketball game. Anyway, ordered some drinks and snacks for our ride home. I got all the drinks, forgot to ask for the snacks and drove away. I dont know about anyone else, but $10 is $$. I called and spoke to someone named Alajah (sorry about the spelling). What amazing customer service. She was able to help me out and issue me a refund. Girl you are awesome! 10 out of 10 would recommend came in the day after my birthday today , got the utmost exceptional Customer Service ☺️ i couldn’t remember my order and Gabe was so kind and patient with me. On top of that I gotta say one of the most delicious caramel crunch blended double espresso coffees that I’ve had in a very, very long time and yes, I am writing this after drinking that but I still mean exactly what I’m saying!!!!
