They have an amazing array of information, stories, and artifacts from all the wars that America has been involved in, starting with the Revolutionary War. There are uniforms, models, authentic artifacts, and written out stories of real veterans from the St Charles area. The volunteers are welcoming and very knowledgeable about all of the material in the museum. There's an interactive exhibit (kid friendly) that is a replica of a Field Command Post from the early 1950's, as well as a table of army figures for kids to play with if they wish to. It's a bit hidden if you dont know it's here, but it is a hidden gem.

This museum is a wonderful place! Not only to spend the night but also to tour and learn the stories of soldiers from many different eras of Wars who lived in the O'Fallon area. Jim was a wonderful guide who not only met us in the parking lot but gave us a tour of the museum. Jackie was such a great person to talk to in their little gift shop. Will spread the word about this little museum!!

What a gem of a museum! My son is quite the little war buff and we went here today. The staff was awesome, we got a tour by a very knowledgeable guy that had stories for everything we saw! For a small, local museum it has a great collection of artifacts and the displays are top quality. You can tell everyone there cares deeply.

The only thing that surpasses the remarkable stories and artifacts that are preserved at the museum is the staff that has put this together. Jim is an exceptional person and has done an incredible job of honoring all the veterans throughout our country's history, but has also done such a great job of capturing the history and the stories of local veterans as well. Thanks to Jim's efforts and countless hours of dedication, each peice in the museum comes alive as the personal stories and accounts of the people who served is learned. As a veteran, I was deeply touched by the unparalleled dedication that Jim and his staff put forth to make a special place like this. This museum will help us remember always that freedom isn't...

What a wonderful museum! We were so glad we found a Veteran's Museum on our visit to St. Louis. The Fallen Heroes War Memorial was on display to honor the Fallen Heroes of the War on Terror. The volunteers were so friendly and outgoing. My husband is a veteran and it was wonderful for him to connect with other veterans and hear their stories while serving, and hear him share his stories. We've been to many museums over the years and this one was our favorite. All branches of service are portrayed and tell a story through pictures, narration, medals, and other memorabilia. If you are in the area, you...
