Jack in the Box — Restaurant in O’Fallon

This is the closest Jack in the Box to our house! Not only are they never opened anymore ( with a prime location may I add) but when they are open the food is less than mediocre! I went through the drive through tonight at 6pm not knowing if they would be opened or not but I was pleasantly surprised they were! There was only 2 cars in front of me so I didn't suspect my hamburger to be garbage. I got home to a cold sourdough jack on non- toasted sourdough bread. Im eating a cold hamburger with plain bread! I wish I would have taken the time to drive to Elm Streets Jack in the Box! This area is so busy the Taco Bell next door cant keep up because JB's doors are never opened and when they are the food is sad. Whoever is the manager and owner I am thoroughly disappointed and wonder week by week how much longer this location will be open. We dont need things going out of business to bring down north main street. We need places to help the already struggling area thrive! I am writing this review is so whoever is cooking can do better! ANOTHER UPDATE STILL NO ANSWER CALLING FIFTEEN TIMES IN A ROW NEVER GOT A RESPONSE FROM THE DISTRICT MANAGER STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY MONEY BACK BIGGEST CLUE EVER THAT THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE MAYBE THE DISTRICT NAME NEEDS TO CALL THE FEEL PHONES OFF THE EMPLOYEES AND TELL THEM AND ANSWER THE DANG PHONE!!!!!! UPDATE contacted support never got a call back from the district manager they STILL didn't answer their phone and I still have not gotten my money back!!!! They NEVER answer the phone!!! I'm so upset about my food for me to spend thirty something dollars and get cold half filled curly fries a meat patty that looked like a bit was taken out missing a sandwich and I didn't have the luxury of leaving my job to take it right back to get it fixed I tried calling and this is not the first time I've had an issue tried to call with no answer out of fifteen times calling!!! This is ridiculous why have a phone of your not going to answer and in my old days employees weren't allowed to be on their phones while on the clock. I want my full refund I'll NEVER come...

Yet more shenanigans going on there. Guy at the drive through looked like a homeless man that hadn't showered in a month with a nasty unkept beard and uncombed hair.,, no wonder everyone is finding hair in their food. Anyways, now they are charging for condiments, must have just started today, I have never been charged for condiments there before. So I cancelled my order. They were probably just trying to steal money from me. Last week I went there and ordered 4 tacos, they gave me 2, of course the lobby is always locked, so you cant ever go inside that place, so I had to wait in line for my other tacos, then they acted mad at me because they cant count to 4. This place is an absolute joke, every other fast food restaurant in the area is great, and JITB just cant get their act together. Whoever is running that location, is just collecting a paycheck, because they do absolutely nothing to ever improve anything, just look at the reviews. Now I get to see a bot respond to my review, apologizing, but they never do anything about any of it. SHUT THIS PLACE...
