Horrible, customer service experience and over charging customers. I told the sales guy that I wanted to cancel my membership. He said that was fine and that he would take care of it. He never gave me any documentation saying he was going to cancel my membership and he told me nothing about going in their portable to cancel my membership. I then noticed on my bank statement that I was charged $99. I went into the store and complained a second time and he said that I have to go to the portable and cancel my membership. He never told me about going to their portal and never gave me a receipt the first time. The first month I just let it go and did a couple of sessions. I thought the first time he would take care of it and it was an error. After it happened a second time, then it was very upsetting for them to take me to the cleaners. Read moreThis was my second hour appointment with Matt ( I usually do the half) . The hour with Matt is amazing. I really like that I get the whole body completely done. It is nice to see Matt do some new areas to keep me on my toes. I am so happy Matt manages the Oak Creek location. He did my initial trial but was only helping out. It is great to see the staff being managed so they are focused as well the customer get their best stretch. Matt listens to you about your body and will adjust as needed. I did go to another but switched back to Matt, being the experience was much better. I did have Kylie once before and see gave me an awesome stretch. Read more8/11/2024 Be careful when late. I overslept, was 10 minutes late, the lady behind the desk was rude and said that I would be charged for both visits and to reschedule. I asked why and she stated 'since you are greater than 15 minutes late you will have to reschedule'. As I was was scheduled for an hour visit, I did not understand why I could not just have a 45 minute stretch then. Don't think the lady behind the desk understood. I lost the 10 minutes (for being late) plus the 5 minute discussion with the front desk lady and this cost me a full session stretch. I should have had the 20 minute stretch with the full visit. This did not make any sense to me and the front desk lady was not very friendly.
