Carabella — Attraction in Oakmont

Amazing selection and customer service and relations is the best I have experienced. After a difficult time for our family, Carabella and their staff (I worked with Tracy) bent over backwards to help those of us that were out-of-towners like me, and to help my Mother who did not want to leave her home during covid. The pant selection was fantastic for women with curves, and their tops, sweaters and coats were top of the line. They made it easy with home deliveries, and used incredible cleaning ethics at there store for concern free shopping during covid. I liked how their service is warm and friendly with no pressure. The staff truly seem to love what they do and simply want to make you enjoy the experience and find what you love. I live out of town so I can get the same pants and sweaters in the future with their email selections and Bella Boxes with easy returns....

Carol and her staff are exceptional. Not only do they know their inventory but they know how it will look on you and are very willing to help you find what you are looking for. The staff is very accomodating in terms of bringing clothes to you and offering honest opinions. Carol and her staff even kept the store open a little longer than normal hours just to help me finish with my shopping. Thank you Carol and thank you staff....
