I have coordinated with the Hilton Ocala team on many different events (meetings, parties, etc.) and they always knock it out of the park. From the early stages of booking/planning up until after the event, they make sure they meet every need you may have. The food is exceptional and always hits the mark (they accommodate well for food allergies and diets). The staff that work the events take pride in what they do and provide stellar service. The rooms were immaculate, and the food was terrific. There wasn't a single complaint from our guests. The banquet and meeting rooms were ready for us, and their staff were a pleasure to work with.
