Oceanside Foot and Ankle Center — Attraction in Oceanside

We will NOT be back. 1st time patients. Appt was at 9am. I arrived at 845am with all the new patient info already completed and all insurance cards already copied. We were not called back until 10:25am. It was 11am before we saw the doctor. Mom missed her day at the day care because of this delay. Now I have her all day which is tough since she has Alzheimer's. No excuse for this long wait. Staff was rude too.

When I told the "doctor" , some sloven overweight guy, how upset I was, he just blew it off. I said you don't really even care do you? He replied "the waiting room is always full". I was shocked. I said oh wow so you really don't care. I will contact my primary care doctor and let them know not to refer to them. Anyone...

I first saw Dr. Jeff Brooks in Late December of 2019. He seemed very likable and helped me with my problem at the time. I have been trying to get in touch with him since the beginning of February to find out if he got authorization for further treatment. Each time I call the office I am put on hold for at least TEN MINUTES. I have left FIVE messages and never get a return call! This is NOT the kind of treatment I want to get from any Doctor's office!

I have since had the operation on my left foot by Dr. Shin. The operation was a success and it eliminated all the pain I was having. Dr. Shin called me after the operation to make sure everything was going well for me and I have had one followup visit that...

Amazing that I have read so many of the 5 stars reviews. I went there for a very painful foot injury. Upon my primary care doctor's recommendation I was to go see Dr. Brooks. So I called the office. First the phone does not get answered but goes to voicemail. Believe me I tried calling various hours of the day, always the same, goes to voicemail recording to leave a message, which there was no response to my message. When I did finally get through and had my appointment, the doctor seemed very nice. Since seeing him I had some complications and again tried calling but to no avail, again got voicemail. I have let my primary doctor know my frustration with that office. NO, I would NOT recommend...
