Green Gorilla Smoke & Vape Shop — Attraction in Odessa

I am a veteran myself, and I love supporting other Veterans and their businesses, I've been coming to this shop for about a year, they are always pleasant and attentive, they USUALLY always have items stocked, I've never had an issue. Unfortunately the last few weeks I've noticed a change, I've been in the shop 7 different times within the last 2 weeks, and multiple items are out of stock, yet I've noticed about 12 boxes , unpacked on the floor, waiting to, what I assume would be entered into inventory. I see they are expanding the store, and so I am trying to be understanding, and patient. I still love that atmosphere, that's why they get 3 stars (I would usually give them 5). I hope whatever been going on gets resolved soon, so that I can return to my favorite vape shop on a less frequent basis. I know things can be hectic, I just hope things return...

Usually have a great experience when I come in with my bf. This was the first time I came in alone and immediately felt the difference. Usually very helpful and show us the products and even give recommendations on the flower (which is what we buy.) I didn’t get any of that. Instead was just told what we have here is what we got. Which is hard to see through the glass. Since they’re mixed with their moon rocks. I ended up leaving with one brand I like and one that is okay but then noticed the had more of the brand I do like but I was rushed to checkout with not really any time to really look and then asked for my id. I've been to this place 3 different times now and each time I've gone I've had pretty sorry customer service. The first time I went I was waiting by the CBD cabinets forever for a sales agent to come answer questions and open the cabinet. No one ever helped me, so I left. 2nd time I went to buy vape juice same thing I was waiting at the counter forever and still no one acknowledged me or helped me so I left again. The 3rd time I went I finally got the atte tion of the counter guy and he actually seemed annoyed that he had to help.
