This place has really cool antiques, but it isn’t very clean. A lot of dust and the astronaut suit has a very weird off smell to it when you put your head inside the area to look like an astronaut. It only shows your face but it isn’t that exciting believe me. The space is very small not much to really see and there isn’t real dinosaur bones like I imagined its literally all put together with thin wood like your putting together those mini antique cars 🚘. I was a big fan of the animal hides but I wish there was more of it to see. I think you guys should up grade it into something exciting that we haven’t seen. Creepiest things I’ve seen is the maniquines in the car and the lady at the piano very dusty doesn’t look like it gets dusted at all the kids got bored in like 5 minutes so this isn’t a place a child would have fun in. Read moreA very nice community museum. Displays were bright, clear and nicely curated. Angie, the sole volunteer we encountered was friendly and helpful. The museum was nicely laid out and organized. Actual exhibits were clean and well maintained. The active organ was a loud surprise. And the museum displayed a 1937 Cord that looked good but to the trained eye, is in desperate need of some care. The fluids dripping on the tires are a warning sign. The parking across the street is convenient.
