I never took the time to give a review even after the system my sons paid for me to have installed had to be removed. But now I’m having another issue so here we go. I spent a total of 5 days driving back and forth from Norman to their shop waiting and then waiting some more, all to end up without a system after we had paid in full. They returned my car the first time with only half the system installed, so I went back to have them finish. When I picked it up that 2nd time my entire dash was lit up like a Christmas tree on my brand new car! Interesting that they had to drive it around to the front for me to pick it up but nothing was said. I went back in and Rene came out with me so I could show him. He had me drive around the parking lot, he thought it might reset it, lol! Fast forward to me having to bring it back for them to try to fix (3rd time now) and now having to deal with Miguel who very unprofessional and impersonal extreme was in Mexico. They had it all day ripped apart once again but still had no answers for me. They had me bring it down yet again (4th time) so they could take it the “dealership” where someone they knew worked. Come to find out it was not the VW dealership. I was told I would have it back by noon, I never heard back so called them @ 3 to ask the status? Miguel said he didn’t know and said they would need to call me back again. When the he called me he said I had 2 choices, 1 was to remove everything they had installed, or 2 leave the everything as is, including all the warning lights on my dash board. They said because my car was so new they couldn’t do the install correctly or properly. I said let’s just remove it all, that I just bought that car and wasn’t going to drive around with error lights flashing and beeping while I drove down and wasn’t this something they shove known before they started the work? I went down to pick it up and they scheduled me yet one more appt (appt #5) for them to remove everything from my vehicle except the new door and trim speakers which are shown in picture leaking adhesive of some kind on my dash. We were left with custom built box we couldn’t use, as well as a hundreds of dollars in equipment we couldn’t use. Long story short we paid for a service they did not deliver. Don’t you think they should’ve done some research before trying an install they’ve never done, selling a service they never provided. They never reimbursed my sons for any of it. My calls were dodged and that was it. Fast forward to now, I still don’t have a system but now something they used to install my speakers is leaking through the speaker panel and on to my dash and down into my window. They are the ONLY work I’ve tried to have done on my car, this is their handy work. They took advantage of a single mother putting herself through nursing school and her 2 sons who were trying to do something nice for their mom for Christmas, and they should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. I really thought they were better than that. My son tried to dispute the transaction via his credit card and was denied because they said we had the equipment, which was true but only because we weren’t able to return it. Now they want to be hateful on Google reviews, it only shows their true character and why I took the time to review to begin with. Time to report to the better business bureau. An apology, and partial reimbursement would be the right thing, not arguing with the people...
Read moreAs for their experience and capabilities, well let’s just say they did the worst job you could ever imagine. They put a lift on a truck I gave to my grandson and didn’t pay attention to what they were doing. When I saw how bad it was I told him to call for them to fix it. Since they didn’t buy the parts they refused to warranty their work. The parts never should have been installed if the mechanic had paid attention to what was happening after the parts were installed. Now I’m left fixing their major screw up!!! And I have to pay for the parts to fix what they destroyed. New front CV axles on my 4wd truck aren’t cheap as well as the bolts for the front struts from the dealership. Metal to metal contact doesn’t go well on any vehicle drivetrain. So beware if you go there to get anything done. Their screw up will now cost me about $700 to fix with new parts. If the mechanic had any knowledge of what he was actually doing he should have said it wouldn’t work and stopped right there. Instead of tearing up a truck that didn’t belong to him!!! Learn to do the job correctly next time before you tear up someone else’s vehicle. And yes I am a retired certified mechanic and also retired military. So...
Read moreTook my boat here and it was the worst mistake I could’ve made. Didn’t find out how bad the install was until 1 year later. Only found out how bad everything was when I took it somewhere else and they asked “who the hell did the install”? They said it looked like some who didn’t know much about what they were doing. Definitely a rushed job all around. I guess the boss didn’t check the apprentice’s on their work. First off the Cheap amp they installed next to the engine compartment over heated and burned up. Amp was suppose to be plenty of power for the speakers, but apparently it was the bare minimum. Appears it was maxed out it’s entire life, which was only 1 year. Workmanship was horrible, undersized amp wire and wire butt connecters. Also had to have the speakers moved on the tower because they were to close together and looked stupid, this is how they were mounted when I showed up to get the boat. Total waste of money and overpriced for the product I ended up with. Didn’t even bother taking it back because what’s the point if this is the initial install. I’m not interested in making someone fix the work they tried to hide and pass off as a...
