Customer Service, Knowledge and Patience. Excellent!!! Recently, I purchased a Janome Embroidery machine from WW. I am quite skilled with design and all other platforms for design as a whole. However, embroidery is place I've never had a chance to dive into. After purchasing my machine it took a month for me to unbox and dive in. I found, local retailers were not readily available with knowledge about the Janome embroidery products. I felt like this great new adventure I had always wanted to embark on was going to be a never ending fail. I had many questions that a kindergarten level user would have. Simply as a person just starting a new hobby- regardless of how versed I was in design, this new adventure was becoming very overwhelming fast. I finally called the main WW number and hit the store option. Mary, a software support specialist got on the phone and we vetted a lot of questions that were running around in my head on setup - how too etc. She was so extremely helpful. Then a few days later... I finally got the machine setup and had to make a software and accessories decision. I then called the WW main number and this time hit their global or warehouse support option. I then met Shay, a corporate customers service support person and she spent easily over an hour with me vetting questions and concerns. This company has a live person when you call, they're in the USA, not Cambodia or outsourced somewhere else. Their employees both at the retail store and corporate level are experienced, patient and knowledgeable about all brands they offer. In both situations an opportunity presented it self for them to follow up and they could have let it slide and the digital world handle it. However, both did a call and/ or email with me to follow through. You just don't find that kinda of customer service today. I could tell they genuinely wanted to help me. They were not pressuring or pushing me to purchase something more expensive. They frankly just did their job and were unbelievably helpful, to assist me in making the best decision for what I wanted to do. Definitely buy from this company and don't be shy to call and seek help. Plus their prices are competitive or better than a lot of other places for the same brand. Love Love World Weidner. I'll buy again without a doubt from them hands down, no questions asked. It's a good company and they're completely hands on. That matters and that will continue to get my business...

The girl I spoke with was wonderful on the phone and very reassuring. As you can imagine with a large purchase, there is some hesitancy, as I always have buyers remorse. I am certainly proud of the company for contacting me and setting everything straight. I appreciate their great customer service, and this certainly is a huge plus for me, working in a field where Customer Service is key. I look forward to working with World Weidner in the future and purchasing more of my Embroidery needs through their business.
I purchased a Brother PE770 Embroidery Machine on their Ebay site Thursday evening. I messaaged them through Ebay on Friday asking for a confirmation email from them, as in the past when purchasing any item from any ebay sell, I have received a confirmation email from the company immediately after purchase. I paid with PayPal, and show my transaction was completed on Thursday evening at 5:12 pm. I can certainly understand that I might not have heard from them until Friday, as the store was closed. It is Tuesday morning and I have still yet to hear from the company. Their sell description also listed that the item would be shipped 1-3 business day after completion of payment. Today is the 3rd business day. To say I am uncertain of this companies integrity would be too simple. I just simply want to know what is going on with my order and when I can expect it to ship. If I do not receive a confirmation before 5pm today, I will be cancelling my order and reporting them with Ebay, as I would much rather purchase with a company that values their costumers experiences, whether through their ebay channel or...
Read moreI placed a large online order almost a week ago. First, the order confirmation email had a warning on it that it may not have come from them. I wasn't too alarmed because I thought maybe a third party did their order processing. Yesterday I sent them a message (their online chat wasn't available) and inquired as to when I can expect the order to ship. I got a case number, but no response. Today I have tried calling a half dozen times and always get a message that the person is unavailable. Still nothing has shipped and I can't get a response. Is this company a sham? If I don't hear something by tomorrow I will contact the Better Business Bureau, my bank and a consumer's rights group. I hope they turn out to be legit and I receive my order, but I don't have warm fuzzies right now.
Update - Well, I'm glad to say that this is a real company. I received part of my order, but not the items I wanted the most. They claim that those are no longer available and they can't fulfill those items. One of them did show as out of stock at the time I placed the order, but since the website allowed me to order it I assumed it was coming back in stock. The other item still shows as available on their site. I had a 10% discount code as a new customer. Since the one item still shows as available it makes me wonder if they just didn't want to sell it at a discount. The items I did receive are as expected, so that is a positive, but this experience has been less than satisfactory. I won't be doing any more...
