Shimmers Sno Cones — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I just went by & ordered a 24 oz Tigers Blood. There were 3 girls working & none of them understood my order. Maybe it’s because the sign outside on the menu board has the sizes listed as a large being 24oz, but the large cups inside were marked as 20oz & I guess the girls were monumentally confused. Then they hand me my cup & it’s not even full. It was barely more than 1/2 way full so I basically paid for a large, but received a medium. Then to make matters worse; my straw was cracked & I couldn’t drink my slush; which is what it was cuz I couldn’t even eat it with the spoon at the end. It was mostly syrup & not enough ice. Let me just say that I was very disappointed & I’ll gladly spend the gas to drive elsewhere that’s further away to get a good...

I’m confused by the pricing, I got a small Hello Kitty Snow cone, which I thought would have totaled $2.50 (since the addition of cream cost an extra 50¢) but I was charged $3.25. Do the special snow cones cost more? I didn’t see so on the menu but I could have missed it. Also I don’t feel like I received 50¢ worth of cream. It was the tiniest of drizzles right across the top.

I was also disappointed to see my Snowcone came out flat and didn’t surpass the rim of the cup, instead of having the typical rounded Snowcone top. It was also more of a slushee than a Snowcone.

The quantity and quality just didn’t seem to be worth $3.25 when compared to every other Snowcone place I have been to. I would probably go elsewhere in the future to get more...

I've been here a few times in the past 2 weeks and I get the same thing every time. I ask for cream and they give you the tiniest amount. Idk why they make you pay for it if they aren't going to give very much. I have been to the one on 50th and they are so much better with the ratio of how much juice they use and how much cream they give when you ask. I dont understand why its so different between the two places if they are both together. They also drown it in juice. So much juice yet so...
