If i could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. I understand that it's the 4th of July, but there is absolutely no reason to lie to a customer, no matter what day it is. We placed a mobile order for breakfast. Yes we placed the order a bit late, but the order was placed before 10:30 when they stop breakfast. My husband had left to pick up the food and accidentally drove to the wrong store. I immediately called the restaurant to tell them the mishap and ask if they could hold our order for us until my husband got there, which unfortunately would be around 10:40. The guy who answered the phone was very polite and told me that would be no problem. So my husband drove the extra 20 minutes to get to the northwest expressway location, waited in the drive thru to speak to them, and was then told that they were not allowed to hold orders and did not in fact have our order which now couldn't be made because it was after breakfast. This wouldn't be a huge deal, except we have 2 toddlers who can't exactly wait an additional 30 to 40 minutes on top of the 20 minute drive home because we have to figure something else out. We could have gotten our autistic son something else that we know he would eat had we not wasted the time driving over there. I realize that this seems petty to others, but my son will not eat most foods making our options extremely limited at this time. Due to an unfortunate mishap this morning we were forced to quickly place an order thru a restaurant. I have never had problems with a Chick fil a location and am pretty disheartened that this happened. I have had other Chick Fil A locations hold orders for me before, which is why I assumed there would be no issues today. Good luck going to this location. I pray that you never experience what my family has experienced today. It's already been a pretty disappointing start to the day and now we get to tell our son that the food we thought we were getting will have to wait...
Read moreThis store used to be good but it's gradually gotten worse. They continue to get orders wrong. Now every time I go to this store my order is wrong or otherwise not as ordered. I complain to management and they go back and fix it over but nothing about their service ever gets improved. I've been a long-term Chick-fil-A customer and love Chick-fil-A and very disappointed to see this kind of service. Service at Chick-fil-A used to be the best you could get, but sadly that is no longer the case here. I was also surprised recently when I got a wrong order due to the app taking off some items I added to my chicken biscuit when I ordered it in the app. The person I talked to didn't listen well to my complaint and proceeded to show me how to order as if I didn't know how. It felt very patronizing. Also, I probably told her 2 or 3 times how I tried to order it and they still didn't get exactly how I ordered. I never have this trouble at the Chick-fil-A at May Ave and 63rd. For now on I'm going there and not this store even though it's further away for me because I've just had too many bad experiences with wrong orders and not getting what I pay for at this store. Read moreFirst time to this location and will be the last time. They crammed a busy restaurant in a tiny space, which causes nothing but issues. Several cars forced their way in front of me, which I guess is why the people at the pickup window acted confused when I told them my name. Then there is no clear pickup window. It has just open doors and no clear place to stop. Then, I was told to pull forward. First time ever at a Chick-fil-A to be told to pull forward. I was wondering where to pull forward with all the cones and lines everywhere. Then 3 people pulled out behind me. So I got 3 sandwiches, but 3 people jumped in front of me, then 3 people behind me get handed bags, and I'm still waiting to get mine? Then I didn't even get everything I ordered. After all the commotion, I forgot we ordered ice cream. By the time I realized, I was like, forget it. So they got free money. I checked the receipt when I got home and was charged for it. The employees were in such a hurry, there was practically no courtesy. Hand you your food, say thanks as you're walking away. I'm glad I don't live on that side of okc. But it just reinforces...
