AE Tools & Computers — Attraction in Olathe

I left a 1 star review after leaving work on a friday when I was frustrated. Nothing dishonest. I just want to clarify after all the work the team at aetools put in over a few days and many hours. They pulled off what I thought was going to be an impossible task. Huge thanks to Mike and Bob the I.T. guy. You couldn't have timed it any better. I just had a VW EOS dropped off needing programmed that was on the schedule for tommorrow....

We purchased a AEZ Flasher from AE tools quite sometime ago. I am always reluctant to contact tools for customer support because it seems that I know more than the person assisting me. This is clearly not the case with AE tools. The support staff was excellent, Rick spent a ton of time fixing an issue for me so I was able to move forward with programming. I have been dealing with Joey and his phenomenal team for around 5 years or so. The most compelling reason to use this company vs competitors is the tech support for the scan tools and OEM equipment that they sell. When I call with what is most likely a dumb question, I have been answered with nothing less than an attitude of respect and "let's solve the problem"! I couldn't be more...
