After today my husband and I won't be returning. Ordered my favorite Dorilocos. My request ALWAYS is to have the liquid toppings on the side as it is to tart for me. As I opened the bag AFTER leaving I didn't get my full servin of the Mexican nuts that is supposed to come with it. When taken TOGO the servin size of the nuts seem to be less. Yesterday it was a much lessor amount than even before. This has happened on more than one occasion but not quite like this. My guess is either the employee was upset that it took them extra time to put the liquid toppings in the plastic containers or that thats extra money for the use of them. Very disappointing. We don't have places like this in Georgia everything's so clean and fresh I have yet to try one of their smoothies or juice drinks that I see on the menu I want to try them all because they sound so refreshing. I know they can improve and I hope they do. I ordered a juice and it was served at room temperature. I don't know who likes juice this way but it should be cold. I don't know if this is normally how they serve it but they need to find a way to make it cold without watering it down.
I also ordered a plain churro with no filling and the outside was a little over crisp and the inside was raw. You need to train your people to cut one open every now and then to test them and/or lower the temperature on your fryer so the middle cooks. I look forward to coming back for an...
