I pray everyone including the owner reads all reviews about this establishment. I advise anyone looking to order food from here to spend the extra time traveling to another Little Ceasars or extra money at a different pizza place. I placed an online order at 3:30 pm which then I was told the order would be done at 4:02pm. I was there promptly at that time only to find out that they haven't even started my order yet. Not only that the young gentleman in front of me had placed an order 20 minutes before mine and they hadn't even started his either. This has happened before but i decided to give this place another shot. So as we waited for at least one of the two guys in back to stop their conversation and acknowledge our presence, one finally approached and said 5 more minutes for my pizza. So to finally make a long wait time story short my order was completed 30 minutes after the 5 I was told, and one of my two pizzas were burnt. I decided at that point to cancel my order in which they said they would replace which they did with someone else's pizza. I apologize to whoever pizza that was and hope they didn't have to wait over an hour for it. The manager ( big guy with tats ) had not once apologized or approached any of us to explain what the delay was, he only continued finally catching up on his orders and BSing about how he told the kid in front of me he's just going to have to wait as if he makes pizza's only on his time. Looks like he's been mentioned on here a few times. I'm in management myself and if I treated anyone that way and ran that place this badly I'd be looking for work else where. Save your time and money people, at least until the owner does something about it because I know I'm not ever...
Read moreStaff doesn't care. Long wait times, well beyond what the promise to have your food ready. Dont waste your time! Clearly a product of poor management. I've been here twice, and spaced out those two visits by a year, as after our visit a year ago I told myself I likely wouldn't go back.
Last year, we ordered online and were told it would be ready by a certain time. We showed up 5-10 minutes after the ready by time and the place was packed like a can of sardines, and everyone appeared frustrated. Waited outside an additional 30 minutes before the pizza was ready.
We decided after one year to give it another shot. Same story. Staff was obviously frustrated, customers frustrated as we walked in. We even showed up 15 minutes after the ready by time, and waited 30 minutes standing inside. We saw several people leave and give up, likely losing their money since they already paid online, and it took so long for the employee at the front desk to address anyone at the counter.
Our app even showed our order was ready, but couldn't be put into the kiosk so it asked us to see the cashier to pick up the pizza. We went up to the cashier and they said that the order is actually just getting into the oven. This is 30 minutes after the order was supposed to be done.
I don't recommend this location unless you do not mind wasting 45+ minutes in a small confined space with a bunch of frustrated people. There unfortunately is no way to avoid the time waste unless you arrive 30-45 minutes after the pizza is supposed to be ready by... and even if you get an email or notification that your pizza is ready.... it...

I placed a very large $200 order online Saturday afternoon for pickup first thing Sunday. I arrived promptly during the pickup window, gave my name and order number, only to be told the order had just been picked up! I explained that was impossible—no one else could have picked it up—and that’s when the panic set in. We had over 40 people, many from out of town, arriving at our house for a party. What were we going to do without food?
The manager, John, immediately stepped in to help. He asked a few questions to try and figure out what might have happened. After a couple of minutes, it was clear: someone had gotten incredibly lucky and stolen the order!
John could see the panic on my face and didn’t miss a beat. He reassured me, saying, “Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.” He promised to remake the entire order right away and asked for about 15 minutes. True to his word, about 15-20 minutes later, the first part of the order was ready, and he brought it up front, letting me know the rest was being wrapped up and would be out in just a few more minutes. Not only did he handle everything with calm professionalism, but he even threw in a few orders of wings for the extra delay.
Thanks to John and his team, what could have been a disaster turned into a success story. The party went on, the food was delicious, and everyone left happy. Mistakes—or in this case, outright theft—can happen, but how a business responds is everything. Huge thanks to John and the team for their outstanding customer service!
