Meg is a fantastic instructor that you need to check out ASAP. I had a truly amazing experience recently at one of Meg's outdoor classes. I found myself really starting to understand the benefits of the practice of yoga for the very first time in that session with Meg's patient and kind guidance. All the discomfort and pain I had held in my tight leg muscles had completely disappeared by the end of the class to my surprise. I also experienced an incredible sense of serenity and a feeling of being peacefully rooted in the present moment under the sun and on the grass. Something about Meg's voice and teaching energy allowed me to be fully present in the class, which was amazing. I really enjoyed the feeling of trying the different poses. It's clear to me that Meg is extremely knowledgeable about yoga and yet so down-to-earth and accessible. She was, above all, immensely kind to a newbie like me....
Read moreI had the pleasure of attending an energy revitalizing and boosting class with Meg recently. I had an interview the following day. I was nervous, and I did some things I learned in our class beforehand to calm myself and feel my best. During the interview, the person stopped me to say how engaging and compelling my conversation with him was, and I felt as though I had a whole new, fresh delivery I was presenting throughout. I attribute this positive experience to the tools I learned with Meg-- such an amazing feeling that I have now started employing these tools in my regular routine! I will definitely be going back for another...
Read moreI began practicing yoga almost 40 years ago so I was very excited to learn that a yoga teacher was coming to the building where I live, a residence for seniors..
Not only is Meg well versed in the physical and spiritual practices of yoga, she brings with her a deep respect for folks like myself with limited mobility.
One of the things I appreciate most about Meg is that she uses a microphone and a speaker when she teaches, which makes it easier for me, someone with profound hearing loss, to follow along regardless of where she is in the room.
I highly recommend Yoga with Meg, especially for people who are new to yoga, because she is extremely conscientious about each individual’s needs and takes time to explain the benefits of all the movements, which help to relieve anxiety, strengthen the body, and instill an air of confidence.
