This is my first time trying this place, and I highly DO NOT recommend it. Iâve ordered 4 different bubble teas and all of it DID NOT meet expectation. My orders were bland, and he didnât even put enough Sagos/ bubbles. Iâm not quite sure if itâs deliberate because the staff was extremely rude, he acted like he was rudely interrupted from his napping. Obviously, he didnât care about his job. He could have easily charge me for Large ones but since he didnât ask what size I wanted; therefore, he just assumed to charge me for Medium which he actually did me a favor because I couldnât even finish the medium because it was that BAD. The sagos were chewy old, and mango drink tasted like mango canned juice filled with water and lychee at the bottom. Which I could have easily make myself at home and save myself from getting aggravated with that staffâs attitude. So when I called him out for his LYING because my drink actually comes in Large size too but he told me all my order only comes in medium sizes. Perhaps, he was still half asleep.
I hope the owner of this franchise reconsider giving this staff guy a lesson 101 on improving his customer service skill, or provide him a rundown AGAIN of the menu because black tiger milk also comes in Large. He doesnât seem that he can tolerate his job so why keep someone like that who will cost losing customer. So whoever is reading my review, I suggest not to support this establishment because the drinks are not special. It doesnât taste fresh as the website claims. Who knows that staff guy could have been the owner thatâs why he acted like the way he did just because he CAN so hopefully who ever is reading this letâs not support bad behavior.    Read moreI was really excited to have a boba place so close by but now Iâm just disappointed. One of my favorite drinks to get when I go for boba is the black tiger milk tea. Never have I been told I canât have less boba till I went to this place. The first time I got the drink it was almost more than halfway full of boba and just too much. I kindly asked when I went back if I could have less boba and they said ânoâ and that âitâs fixedâ. I understand you canât add toppings (for some reason) but it doesnât say I canât ask for less boba? Like I want an actual drink too, not a cup full of boba. I donât get why thatâs so much to ask and even though I watched them pour sugar on the sides as well as add sweet boba, they insisted that it would have less flavor and I said I donât mind, I just donât want too much boba and they said no. Came back again today and they were out of boba, asked if I could have the drink and that I was fine without the boba and they said no. Listen itâs my decision to not want boba if it has less flavor thatâs my fault but to not even allow me to make that decision as a customer and be forced to have a literal mouthful of boba every sip?    Read moreI was a long time and loyal customer of Mr Wish MARLBORO. I used to being my kids at least twice a week and we would order the same thing every single time. On one visit, I was told by management that I could no longer switch the tea in my drink because âthe CEO doesnât want us to change our drinksâ. Ummm hello, this is bubble tea! A drink where you can customize your sugar levels, toppings, even your ice! To switch tea from black to green apparently seemed like a crime, even though I expressed I had an allergy to black tea. I was told they cannot accommodate my allergy (written proof of that in photo). There are literal vats of tea, if shortage was an issue, I didnât mind paying more for the offset of supply. After multiple attempts, vulnerably and reluctantly sharing my allergy and what happens to me when I consume black tea, I was told I couldnât modify my drink and pushed to order something I didnât really want. More recently my family was craving bubble tea, so my husband ordered via delivery and I asked again for the modification.
