Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered food online and specified I wanted to add eggs and shrimp to rice. Delivery person shows up and can’t even say hello or good day. Rice is missing add one. I called and asked to see if we can arrange to fix the order. Man on the phone automatically starts laughing and asking me if I’m joking. Asking me why I didn’t pay 2, 5, 100 dollars for extra shrimp. I explained that we ordered online and that it showers on the receipt that we ordered add on shrimp and expected it to be charged. They scratched off the part on the receipt that says add shrimp and delivered the incomplete rice. Man on the phone starts laughing and saying he thinks it’s funny that I didn’t pay for the add ons, and once again I explained that we always order with add ons and restaurant charges the extra fee and makes the rice. He then continued questioning me why I didn’t just add $100 to the order for the shrimp and began laughing sarcastically again. Then I asked to speak to the manager and he chuckled and began saying oh you funny guy. You funny guy and hung up. I called back again and he answered the phone with “what’s up buddy, and I asked for manager and he responds with no manager or boss here and hangs up again. I have never ever received such terrible service from a restaurant. All I wanted to do was ask to re order the proper meal with the proper add ons and pay for it. I will follow up with the manager in person , but I wouldn’t be surprised if this extremely rude and sarcastic man on the phone was...
Read moreI love Panda House and typically eat lunch there twice per week. First, the lady that owns the place is very kind and sweet and she is happy to make little modifications to the dishes to fit your taste buds. The wonton soup at Panda House is my favorite of all the local places because their dumplings are homemade and the broth is delicious; completely different than all the other places. They also have a black board up front at the entrance and at the register where they list off-the-menu entrees such as the kimchi chicken noodle dish that I have been devouring lately(spicy mouth-watering hot if you were wondering) and special soups, and you can't go wrong because their food is great and the chef is very talented. They offer a wide array of dishes including some thai and fish dishes too so you can find whatever you are craving and in the mood for. Personally, I don't think they charge enough money for the cuisine that they create. I always look forward to my lunches at Panda House. Come hungry and be prepared to be satisfied. A little gem in Marlboro. See...

Never in my life have I ever been so insulted because the lady who takes the order wants to talk on the phone and take my order at the same time but yet slams things and gets an attitude when my order comes back wrong. Thank you for my money back and you can keep your cat meat. Had to give one star cause it makes me........not even worth...
