I’ll be as objective as possible about this experience…. I bought a part for my Ducati which was said to be “in stock” online. It was not in stock. It had to be ordered from the Italian warehouse. It was paid for and I asked Ducati Omaha why it would say in stock when it wasn’t actually in stock. They told me that they have no control over what the inventory shows.
Fast forward a couple weeks. Item has arrived at Ducati Omaha. It was held there for two days. I had asked the customer service associate if I could pay extra for expedited shipping. They said “NO.” Omaha, Nebraska is a 6 hour drive from Northwest Arkansas. The item shipped over a week ago. Using the cheapest possible shipping method, USPS ground advantage which is hot garbage, it is still not here. There were a couple points along the way that all of this could have been prevented, but the typical answers have been given which have all included the key phrase(s) “there isn’t anything that we can do.” I beg to differ. I don’t expect anything to be done at this point, nor would I expect anyone to care. I thought that this experience warranted the time it has taken to leave this review, at the least. This experience has been a disaster and utter failure.

Read moreThis is the closest dealer as I live in SD. My first interaction was years ago when I had my 12’ Diavel in for desmo service. Price was lower than expected and time was not of the issue. Fast forward a few years as I moved to AZ for a year and then back. By that time I had a 21 Multistrada V4S that I had gotten through Ducati Vegas. I had some error code issues during the break-in period resulting in multiple trips. They always made me a priority, willing to work around my schedule. One time we did demo rides with Tim. After a couple years I decided to part ways with the MTSv4S and go back to my squid roots (sbk). I had the option of working with Moon Motorsports and Omaha on Panigale V4’s. Initially due to pricing I had already moved forward with Moon. I decided to let Tim crunch some numbers, because why not. He came in clutch and I ended up buying through Omaha. I cannot say enough about this place. I’ve never had any issues with service and/or ordering parts or merchandise from them. The service team is first rate, friendly, and knowledgeable!!! They’re always quick to response to questions (which I’m sure they get a ton of). I will continue to utilize Omaha as my Ducati dealer for as long as I can. They’re the best,...
Read moreFound them online while searching for a new DUCATI. Flew out to nebraska to pick up the bike and drive it back to the east coast. Hop on the bike to leave and service light comes on. I was notified that they had performed the 600 mile service prior to my trip... Knowing that I have close to 30 hours of travel ahead of me on the new bike I expected everything to be perfect, not to mention this is a $20,000 street bike. Mechanic works on it for an hour says the oil sensor has issues on these bikes. Meantime while I'm waiting around the sales staff does everything they can to talk you into buying more and more.
I made it to Chicago and my bike decides I no longer start. Mechanic at DUCATI superstore in town says whoever messed with the oil sensor must not understand the system and that DUCATI uses the braided line as a ground... For some reason Ducati omaha swapped to a rubber hose which was sending error codes. I was going to call and talk to Ducati omaha but what's the point... I don't need to get into a arguement with someone not accepting fault, when I emailed them to explain I was stuck in Chicago they told me to call Ducati wArrenty. All in all I'd avoid this place like...
