Our hot tub has been a game changer in relaxation/fun @ home (family deck hot tub movie nights, check yes!, couple star gazing time when kids are fast asleep, check yes again!), we have better sleep, increased family & couple quality time and are actually loving cooler winter nights now instead of dreading them. Unreal! We are in love with the style, color and function of the hot tub we chose too (Reunion).

We'll never forget how easy Dawn made the process of choosing the right tub. Testing it out (sitting in all of them on display, etc.) as a family was KEY to finding the right fit. The installation was also seamless, they offered great education then and their handout and folder of materials are really helpful as well. We live in an area with high iron/metals in our well water, so it took a couple days to figure out the trick in eliminating those. Hot Springs staff were in constant communication with us until we figured it out together. Just a phenomenal experience.

We were novices to hot tub ownership and nervous wondering if we could handle it all but it's a fairly easy process to test the water, care for/offer routine maintenance with it, etc. once you learn it. Just put money down on our newest hot tub. We are so excited to use it. This is our second time buying a hot tub from Hot Springs in La Crosse. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. In August of 2018, we lost our home to the flooding of the Kickapoo River. We had two feet of water inside our house and loss a 40 foot section of our North Side basement wall. My husband's garage had five feet of water and he lost all of his power tools. We were devastated! Yet, because our son built a great deck around our house (Clason Construction) our seven person hot tub was still inside our deck. It had been sunk into the deck and was full of salt water before the flood. The flood water picked it up and stood it up on its side. Melissa's husband came within a few days to see if they could fix it. He did, all that was wrong with it was the circulation pump. We finally found a house to buy (it is up on a ridge) and our closing date is 10-25-19. We went back to Hot Springs and bought a bigger and better hot tub. Our hot tub was our relaxing and recharging place. With out the help we received from Melissa and her crew at Hot Springs in La Crosse I do not know how we would of kept are sanity the past almost 15 months... Each time we went there they listened, they cried with us. We went to visit them often while we were waiting for the BuyOut of our flooded house. Hot Springs became our happy place. When we were upset and having a bad day, off we went to Hot Springs to dream again.
