Great Ice Cream but the Service not so much very Unprofessional

I want to start this review off by saying I have always had great experiences with this Cold Stone location in the past always amazing ice cream and friendly staff but last weekend 5/13/17 Saturday that changed real quick! Upon walking in we noticed there were not that many people in the restaurant so we walked up to the front we were not greeted at all and the girl probably around 20 or so was speaking with another customer who appeared to be a friend of hers, well their conversation took 5 minutes if you ask me people do not want to wait so you can have a leisure conversation with a friend get someone else up there to at least help! I also heard the girl spout out out loud that she would be leaving this job for another job in the very near future in front of all customers and going on about sleeping on a friends sofa! (Very Unprofessional) Not to rant but that is not your job to tell every customer or surrounding customers your whole life story your job is to make that ice cream and remain friendly and even fun but still professional! As it was our turn we walked up to the counter and at this time another yoing girl had walked in and was being the same as her co worker. I did not even know who to order to because she was too busy talking to her other co worker instead of me the customer rude! When the other young girl finally took my order she decided it was appropriate to tell me that my boyfriend was a "real quiet one" and that I should make the rules um no don't be that way to customers or anyone for that matter. As we were wrapping up our orders the girl ringing me up forgot to charge my bf the correct amount so we got our orders for $2 less which I mean hey that's great for me but what would your manager think? She also jokingly told me she would over charge someone for a topping if they were rude. The Amount of unprofessionalism was astounding. I am coming from over 3 years of different customers service fields like restaurants, stores and a call center so acting this way or having people working there acting this way will eventually cost you customers I was very uncomfortable by the way they acted and embarrassed for the...

I came to this location on Father's Day. Yes I came in at 10 mins to close which normally would be fine. But not today. Not for this particular rude lady whose tall, pear and brown hair. When we walked in she immediately said that they were closed and I stated that they were opened for another ten minutes and she said someone bought most of their ice cream so they got permission from managment to close early. Hmmm odd! I said it's ok we can pick from (9 buckets of ice cream they had left 🤯) so being totally accommodating knowing that it is almost ten and they must have had a long day. But the women didn't even blink to us acknowledging this. She then stated well no mix ins will happen tonight that is closed and immediately had a coworker clean up the area. Talk about rude it's not like it was already cleaned up for the night then I left the store and made a picnic area to eat with my kids outside of the store on the grassy area so it would be easier for these impatient workers to leave. (Not all were rude but acted like puppets to this unappologetic women)I then came back in still before ten to use the bathroom which I was then told to not go in there seemingly being that they have cleaned it. Ha no when I opened the door the room wasn't clean with two pieces of toilet paper on the floor and not cleaned toilet or mirrors but I as a customer service rep myself was nice enough and picked it up for them and she mean mugged me as I left the store and I told her it is cleaner now than when I went in there. I used to like coming to get ice cream from here randomly but after this experience it makes me want to not go back and also if you as a person work in customer service but you don't know how to act accordingly change your job try to be happy maybe a factory might be a better...

Last weekend I got a love it size icecream I was told I can do two half flavors all I wanted was toppings mixed in one of the flavors and not the other and the gentleman had no problems doing that for me - so today we decided to come back with the whole family because it was so good -well unfortunately I was rudely told by a lady that they are unable to do that - of course I replied with well a gentleman did it for me last weekend and she then rudely said ( well idk who that was but he was not supposed to do that ) the fact that she was rude and and acting like it's a big deal to just mix the toppings in only one of the flavors because i was sharing with my two year old and did not want toppings on her side is ridiculous and coldstone has now lost my business) today is sat 9/20/25 it happened about 3:30pm - only two girls working at the time and the rude lady was the...
