Blalock Seafood Orange Beach — Attraction in Orange Beach

Don't buy shrimp here. My cousin tripped over a rug they had neglected to remove in front of the entrance. Not only did the owner NOT apologize he wouldn't even compensate us for the $68 worth of shrimp we purchased that was ruined. When we called to speak to the owner later we learned that other people had fallen over this rug in this store. Why on earth would they have this type of hazard in their store? We received no compensation no apology and absolutely no remorse. The owner argued with us about the fact that it was our fault. There are plenty of other places to buy seafood at better prices and better quality. Our advice is to go to a business who appreciates its customers. Clearly...

Great place for fresh take home seafood! The service there is excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful. They are quick to serve you the minute walk in the door. They also have a great variety of sauces and other items to compliment your seafood choices. My only suggestion is that I wish they would provide a price list at the end of each aisle and on the refrigerated doors. I understand prices may often change and it would be difficult to constantly price each individual product, but a price list prepared on a computer should be easy to adjust and repost as the costs change. Do yourself a favor and skip this place! Was overcharged. Me and a friend went here and got 3 orders of steamed reds to go. 2 orders for me and my wife and my friend ordered 1 order. They charged me 32.00 and some change for my order and 12.00 for my friends. We figured later that they had charged me for all 3 orders and then charged my friend the right price ( which w is 10.99 plus .50 cooking) for his.We all agreed the reds were the worst we’ve had anywhere!!
