I've been to a few locations of smoothie king. but i don't know what it is about this one. but the employees just don't seem to care. period. Not to mention in a day where a cashier expects a tip and they're not waitresses they're not waiters they're doing what they get paid for. tips are just something that can be given. it's not expected in their line of work but they sure expect it. and if you don't give them extra money they don't treat you well. not bag up the items. I've had deliveries and the drivers tell me that they requested to have the stuff put in a bag but if they were going to wait on them to get it done, it would have been another 10 minutes probably. Read moreWent to get a smoothie to get me through the day after an already very long morning. I ordered my banana boat with peanut butter. By the time I got to the window I realized in the rush of the morning, I left my wallet at home. I felt so bad, apologized for the inconvenience and started to tell the gentleman “have a nice day” but he got permission to go ahead and give it to me no charge. It completely turned my day around. Just goes to show how far one simple act of kindness can go and that there are still good people in this world. Especially at smoothie king on canal. Y’all are amazing souls. Read moreLove Smoothie King, hate this location. Employees are slow, forgetful and unpleasant. They left me hanging at the drive thru for 7 minutes. “Forgot I was there.” Then they asked me if I’d tip them. THEN they had me pull around where I waited another 15 minutes for 2 smoothies. There was only one car in line ahead of me. Nobody was in the store.
Really dissatisfied with the service we have gotten here on more than one occasion.
I’ve now been waiting for my smoothies for a total of 23 minutes, which was more than enough time for me to get aggravated and leave this review.
